They canceled my oder without letting me know after it showing that was ready @ 9:04 pm but when we called store general manager said it PROPETERY OWNED so they can ca canceled it. When we called to fund out why its still not delivered but they answered rudely that they CANCELED it??? Instead of giving right answered why?? They kept saying they can canceled it... We been waited so long that my 2 kids went sleep without eating dinner. If I would knew you have BAD STAFFS working then I would have ordered from PAPAJOHN OE PIZZAHUT. Seems like they cancel only ASIAN people oders......such a discrimination people's work at your place. The manager on shift refused to give his name when I was calling about the other location. How can I properly address an employee who I thought was going to be helpful. This is unacceptable customer service. I placed an order at one of the two locations and “no one received it”. Sounds like someone is playing games. Terrible customer service. Very unhelpful. I spend $37 and have no food that was a $7 tip that was added. I will be disputing it with my bank because that’s fraud! Will make sure to spread the word of how terrible this service...
