Never shared less than 5 stars on a business all these years until today!

I always love shopping here. Today was different. I had the pleasure of being rang up by Ms. Iana! She deserves 10 stars plus. All others there were amazing also BUT one person named 'Buddy' who deserves NEGATIVE 10! Have you ever met a man that when a woman asks a simple question they seem to get enjoyment and pleasure making the woman feel inferior with their condescending response and the way they look at you like you're stupid. Had that experience today! So everyone meet....Buddy!

Simple - this 20% sale sign was on this table. For any customer it would appear these shirts are 20% off. However, as 'Buddy' said ' let me try to explain this to you ONCE AGAIN' and went on to share only 'novelty' shirts are 20% off ... like I was an idiot! I guess Buddy just expects all customers to know what 'novelty' polo shirts are even though the sign was in front of the other shirts that are not 20% off.

If Buddy feels he is too good or it is beneath him to have to explain this to a woman; then maybe put only those 'novelty' polo shirts on the shelf that correlates with this 20% off or better yet...maybe 'Buddy' should take a course on how to talk to women! As I was walking to the car - three different people (2 women and 1 man) apologized for his 'ignorance' as another customer described! I can't help but wonder how many other female customers and female employees ole Buddy makes feel this way. It appeared by some of the female employees around they weren't able to say anything in...

Customer service wasn't great at all. Horrible I would say. At least 4 associates looked at us in our face and didn't even speak nor greet. Walked throughout the store and saw the same associates speaking and helping other customers, going above and beyond. Same associates as we walked by just folding items wouldn't even ask if we needed help. Disgusting. Another associate finally did ask if we needed help. The clerk that checked us our was helpful, greeted and tried to place an order for some items online as well. Can't say I'll rush back, sucks because overall we enjoyed our visit to the outlet and Charlotte in general. But that experience...

This Ralph Lauren outlet store is decent and you will find a nice bargain or two but ultimately I prefer to get my Polo clothing online or at the mall. To add to this point, there are times when The Polo sections at the mall have better pricing and quality.

The store is definitely clean and well laid out. The associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Overall, this is a decent Ralph Lauren outlet location if you want a wide variety to choose from but don't expect...
