After doing some research on various bags online, I decided that I was going to purchase a Kate Spade bag. A friend from church suggested I visit the outlet in Charlotte, and I'm so glad that I did! I let 10 mins pass, to see if any of the 3 white women would approach me. Not once did they approach me. I’m glad I didn’t spend my BLACK dollars in your white establishment. In 2022, I would hope that you all would be more inclusive and welcoming. The discrimination is apparent at this location. My hope is that the manager and the associates take some diversify and inclusion...
