We visited for the first time to pickup our online order. The woman who assisted us, was SUPER SWEET and WELCOMING, even though we were not dining in. She offered us beverages while we waited. They were short staffed that day, which wasn’t a big deal, yet she still apologized and insisted we take a 2Liter or 2 with us for our wait, even though we already ordered 2 2Liters with our order. Customer service was superb, the manager himself was the one cooking in the back due to the shortage. They triple checked that our order was correct.

The only Con we had, was due to the atmosphere created by this group of 4 males(resembled the majority) that were SO rude, condescending, and disrespectful to the female employee (older too) and the manager(younger). We weren’t exactly sure what the issue was, something to do with an incorrect order YET they ate their entire meals, and then lodged a complaint??? Think HS jocks, with an extreme sense of entitlement.

The manager and female worker(both also resembled the majority) handled them with respect. Unfortunately, the group did not and continued to make jokes about the manager after he went to the kitchen to correct the “alleged” order issue. These were ADULT MALES, at least 27yrs old or more. Unbeknownst to the staff, We said something when the staff went to the back. The group subsequently left, afterwards. However, they didn’t dare render the same treatment to ourselves (not resembling the majority), my husband may be intimidating to most, idk. Too often people allow wrong behavior to go unnoticed or addressed, it’s the norm in society. Yet society would’ve expected that behavior from US.

You can’t please everyone and some aren’t worth the effort, let’s be honest. It’s a business and they handled it extremely well with the business in mind, everyone has the right to refuse service but who can afford to these days, especially with the internet trolls. We WILL be back, as Wing Enthusiasts, we were very pleased; but the service received, IS WHY WE WILL RETURN. We take quality over quantity & availability, any day. We saw them on instagram and decided to give them a try for their grand opening. Soon as we walked in the door we felt welcomed; the owner even opened the door for us. We were handed a menu and he explained the specials. There are 21 sauce flavors and lots of options from no heat to XX-hot.

While we decided an employee has two types of samples of their beers on tap. We also were able to sample the sauces before placing our order.

We got a 10pc lemon pepper bone-in, 10pc bone-in golden flame, 5pc boneless garlic Parmesan and 5pc boneless mountain berry. The lemon pepper is a dry rub and garlic Parmesan is saucy; BOTH are done here BETTER than any other place in Charlotte. There are about 9 tables and bar seating.

Our food was brought over to our table when it was ready. The wings were great! We accidentally didn't order all flats but I a part of me wanted to see what the split would be without specifying. The split was even! The fries were good but I'm interested in trying the Cajun seasoned ones next time.

I capture a photo of the food because I through it out the window on 85 North. (maybe the rodents will eat it) It was not fit for an human. Absolutely horrible!! I stopped by before I hit the highway to Greensboro. I ordered at 2:37 pm. I waited roughly 13 minutes for the food only to open the bag to fries that had to be two days old!! They were hard as a cardboard!! I asked for flat pieces and got 2 the other 4 were drums that were NOT fresh. This food had to be leftovers!!! There is no way even if it was sitting under a lamp that it would be this stale! I called twice-a guy answered and quickly placed me on hold and never came back. I called again and there was a busy signal. $14 plus dollars wasted!! My first time was the second day after the grand opening in which the food WAS good. Damn they are falling off already!!!
