Initially, I was not going to write a review, but after seeing the numerous reviews for this location, people in my community need to be warned of the poor customer experience they can expect at the Shopton location. After only waiting 45 minutes of the expected 90 minute delivery of my pizza and wings, the door Dash delivery person pulled up in front of my home. They got out of the car with just the pizza, but then returned back to the vehicle. I stepped away from my door at this point because I expected the doorbell to ring at any moment when the driver returned with my food. Instead, I got an email alert from the restaurant stating they apologize that their food was not up to standard. I assumed the delivery person drove off because I they did not have my complete order and my doorbell NEVER rang so that I could receive delivery of the food. My wife and I decided we did not want to wait any longer so it was not worth placing another order that day. Instead, we went to to another restaurant to grab food. The next morning as I was leaving for work, I noticed pizza and wings sitting on the ground near my door. The driver left the food anyway apparently, but just did not ring the door bell to let me know food had arrived. I called the manager of the restaurant to get a refund when I noticed my credit card did not have a refund issued because clearly the restaurant assumed the delivery was made. Instead of simply refunding my money, the manager of this restaurant had the nerve to try to coach me on calling back to let them resolve their error on the same day instead of the next morning. I explained the scenario, and she agreed to refund the money, however, she felt the need to try to pass blame onto me instead of accepting simply acknowledging the confusion caused by the delivery service they use to the point of a heated exchange. Are you serious? I am done with this restaurant! I should've read the previous for reviews before placing an order but I learned my lesson. The issues at this restaurant are with their choice...

This papa Johns have failed steel creek I have never seen such disorganized papa John’s that are so nasty rude very confused on their on orders made and even for door dash. I will waited two hours and 30 min for for pepperoni stuff crust. I have seen it all of the rude customer service to some associates standing not evening wanting to put effort till after the fact when it been it too long to ask your name. Now the part where it is mast not one associate had on gloves when making this pizza I will say they did at least attempt to wash their hands which is plus but gloves is still needed in environment for this line of business . A the ado-city of service the associates has watch me be patient when others were very rude to these associates I was not even rude like the other customer’s ;however really disappointing after 2hrs and 30 mins I am finally called to see my pizza fall on the floor that was forgotten and dropped on floor by associate smiling saying my bad I am new made me realize that dominos or little Caesar’s is better then this trash. Too all those customers that love papa John Please do not come back for these associates needs to be all fired for their lowesy customer service .    Read moreAggravated isn’t even the word. At my in-laws. while there, I order a pizza to my home where my hungry fiancé is waiting. I get a notification about 35-40 minutes later that my pizza was delivered. Cool. I get home another 40 minutes later. 6 months pregnant, ready to grab a couple slices of pizza and go to bed. And my fiancé lets me know the pizza still hasn’t arrived. What?! So I call and let the woman who finally answered the phone know that the app says the pizza has been delivered but it has not. She asks for my name and proceeds to tell me it was delivered 15 minutes ago (mind you according to the app it was 40 minutes ago). I proceed to tell her again that it may say it’s been delivered but I’m letting her know it has not. She then asks me what address I had it delivered to. I give her my address. She then puts me on hold. When she comes back she advises that they were told my pizza had been delivered to the wrong person. she said they would have to remake it. I asked her how long for delivery she told me an hour. That’s longer than the original time it took to deliver it to the wrong people. Is there know priority when you royally mess up?! Not to mention, it was delivered to the wrong address (again, 40 minutes ago) and from what she said they were notified, so why weren’t my pies already made and on the way?!
