I always seem to get cold fries, but everything else is usually acceptable.
Last time I was there I ordered the 4a meal, about 10 minutes later I got my order. Parked my car to eat, my fries were cold. It was a if they were put in the bag the moment I ordered, yet the sandwich was hot and fresh. Which seems to happen at this particular location with some degree of regularity.
I went to go inside and for some reason the door was locked, this was about 4pm or so. So I got back in my car drove up to The speaker and told them that I needed a fresh order of fries. I was told to wait in line. I said I tried to go in but the door was locked and that I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes just for fries. I was told to pull up to the 2nd window, I got there and the girl looked at me confusedly so I told her what was going on. She asked me to go get get in line. I then told her I did not want to get in line to wait 10 more minutes to get French fries when I have already waited 10 minutes to get cold ones. By this point the car at the window left and I quick pulled up to the window and she just walked away, came back a few minutes later and gave me my fries without saying a word. Not sorry, or have a nice day or anything. I said thank you and left.
Once I finally got my fries and parked to eat, 3 customers walked out of the other door. Not sure why one door was locked but not the rest... I would have preferred to just go in and ask for fresh fries rather than driving laps around the building and dealing with confused...
Read moreSame story, different city — and the common thread is poor leadership from the Bucciferro Family.
This McDonald’s, like 35 others, is operated by the Bucciferro Family franchise group. From what I’ve experienced and what locals have confirmed, the issues here are systemic:
Overworked, unsupported staff
Long wait times, incorrect orders
A franchise leadership team that is non-responsive, ignores formal outreach, and even deletes polite public comments instead of engaging with criticism
I’ve spoken with employees who are doing their best, but they’re operating under a franchise that consistently fails to support them.

Read moreAfter waiting 15 minutes to order and get our food (inside) due to the fact that they only had 1 cashier and she had to help get drinks for drive through even though there was about 10 people inside waiting to place their order. Surprised the manager was working to in getting orders completed. We promptly sat down and started to eat and my hamburger was barely warm my husband's cheese burger was just warm enough to barely melt the cheese. Honestly they should start taking food stamps since my food today wouldnt be considered hot food and I wouldn't have had to spend what little money I have on this Luke warm if that food, I should have just asked for my money back since this has happened on several yes several other occasion''s and to get cheese on a single burger is almost 0.40 and the burger so small I had to check to see if it was in there. Basically you should go to Woodman's / dollar tree and buy some sliced cheese plus dollar trees $1 burgers replace cheese from Dollar store burger box & heat up then enjoy it took some time but less time than McDonald's and it tastes better and you get a bigger filling burger for...
