Let me start by saying the food is good. My husband and his coworkers often go there for lunch and we’ve had dinner from there. The lady that works there during the day is very attentive and does a great job. The lady that works in the evening seems like she’s in a hurry. Out of our five dinners, four were not prepared the way we wanted. My son wanted plain Tingas with only chicken and cheese. He received his Tingas with cilantro, chicken, onions, and cheese. Last few times I ordered I just felt like a Karen for complaining about the food service. First time was understandable but second time I placed an order for 7:30 pickup and they had it ready at 6:30 for pickup. When I called asking if my food was just going to sit there waiting for an hour they said yes. When I complained about it being cold and wanting fresh food they said they were busy and would probably have to just throw it in the microwave :/ just sucks because the food is really good but I just don’t feel like customers...

My family and I get carry out from this place often on Sundays and they never disappoint. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. I always get the chicken tinga gordita and my husband likes the veggie tostada. They are never busy which is such a shame because they deserve to have a line down the road.
