Subway — Restaurant in Beloit

Great customer service at this location. Can’t say the same for the others in town. Cold sandwiches are cold, hot sandwiches are always hot and they always bag them separately. It’s subway, not the greatest portions. 1 star off because of burnt bread. I always, always say lightly toasted, I really dislike that burnt taste and smell, it’s overpowering. I walked in 2 young ladies working 1 had her back to me and never turned around the other was folding parchment paper and I told them I needed 2 footlongs and the 1 girl said just a minute and continued to fold the paper for at least two minutes before a gentleman finally came out from the back and asked if I needed help. I always get pretty good seafood salads when I go there. Staff are personable and like to have fun while they work and get the customers5 through fairly quickly.
