Pinky's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Belton

We went there today as it was marked child friendly and they don’t even have high chairs. We had to sit at bar height chairs. Whatever. Move onto the required gratuity for 6 or more people. Okay, that’s a standard tip any way. But apparently that’s the excuse for crappy service. It took 45 minutes for them to make some pancakes, avocado toast, and French toast. Also, I ordered the side of fruit which is advertised as honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries, and grapes. When I ordered they didn’t mention that they were out of strawberries and grapes. That was the only reason I ordered for those two fruits because my younger kids love those. Yet, my older kids ordered the strawberry pancakes and they had strawberries. Also, the straight line eyebrowed girl left the kitchen area through the door that goes outside 4 times in her 30 minutes of arrival and not once did she wash her hands. You may not be surprised to know that when you walk into Pinky’s, it is indeed very pink. It’s super girly and for many people, it’s Instagram heaven! But what I like best about this place is that, even if pink and girly is not your thing (and it’s really not my thing), Pinky’s is still for you. It’s for everyone!

Unlike other places that have such distinct aesthetics, Pinky’s does not rely solely on its vibe. They put the same high-quality effort into everything they offer. That is to say, the food and drinks are amazing! I’ve tried their loaded fries, nachos, hot dogs, and tacos, and Pinky’s knocked every single dish out of the park. Tonight I had the bulgogi tacos and was only planning to eat one, but three tacos later I was wishing I had three more.

It was my first time here I had seen it on social media and wanted to give it a try. we walked in the server, told us we can sit anywhere on the first floor. that kind of bummed me out because mind you this is our first time and I wanted to see what the upstairs look like. literally, three minutes later another couple walked in and they went straight upstairs! Also, we had a wait not a long time but too long to get asked what we want to drink we had to go up to the bar. As well, the server asked will we be ordering food and I said no and she said thank God because the kitchen is about to close and the couple that walked in after us ordered food with no issue.
