Ordered peanut butter soup with rice balls. Which is my usual order and never had spinach in it(which I’m allergic too btw). This time around, it has spinach and I’m confused so I call them to let them know. The girl working the front lets me know that “it always comes like that”. Which is false! This is the first time I got the peanut butter soup with spinach in it…You think if I knew it came with spinach, I would order it?? Anyways, I explained how they’ve always given me the plain soup and my allergy to the girl and how I can’t eat this soup and will even bring it in to show so I can get a replacement. She gets my number and tells me she’ll call when it’s ready. I get there thinking I’m going to pick up the soup and go, but nope. She asks if I’m paying cash or card.. I’m like what in the world! The cook and whoever the front desk girl spoke to was adamant that this is how it’s always made … well I’m telling her that I’ve never gotten this dish before with this order … and I can’t even eat the one they dished me so what is the reason I’m still be charged again? Like they think someone is going to just make that up??? So I left and will never order from there again. It isn’t like the service is that great anyways. She came back 2 times to check if I was ready to pay the bill while I was eating. The 3rd she came back she told me to pay for the bill while I was eating. I couldn't believe it. How rude is that? I'm used to paying bill at the restaurant after eating not while I'm eating. Besides when you walk into a restaurant you would expect to be greated not the other way around. Read moreI have been to this place several of times. Staff needs to work on there customer service skills. This past Friday, I explained what I wanted and was will to pay. The lady at the counter whom seems to be new, suggests I get it from the buffet. I said okay, she was trying to get me to save money. I got to the buffet and the guys explained what I wanted wouldn't work at the buffet which I agreed with him. I told him I told the lady what I wanted and she said no get it from the buffet. As we were trying to figure it out the own came belittling me as if I am asking for free food. I explained to her I am paying so don't make it seems as if I asking for freebie. She didn't ask what was going on or even introduce herself. Her employee had to stop her and explained to her what the problem was. She still made me feel like I was asking for a freebie when it was her own employees who suggested separating it that way instead of paying for four separate meals.
