Obviously had a new girl yesterday because she was rude had zero customer service skills and just overall had the worst experience she needs to learn to be in a better attitude at her job in customer service. If Helen or whatever her name is reading this please learn to sound like you actually want to help customers not act like you want to be anywhere but there. Ridiculous. Worst experience i have ever had i will just go to a drive through or to south if i need lunch I won’t deal with having to see her...

I went into the Luken’s north location this morning to get some coffee and a sandwich and had the absolute WORST service! The girl, who was also the assistant manager, made me wait for my drink while she helped all the customers behind me. She was not friendly in the slightest except to her friend that she was taking her grand ole time with making her beverages and sandwiches. I’m done with going to anything other than a corporate location because that seems to be the only place to get good service...

What I believe was the general manager was extremely snotty, snippy and rude! Coffee was very watery and bland and I didn’t feel welcomed at all!!! The girl I believe was the gm seemed very mentally unstable if I’m being honest… I’m going to just keep going to the location...
