☆☆☆☆ four stars because they do need a little bit of updating on some of the decor however it's easy to forgive considering the exceptional taste & quality...
Read moreI recently visited Wild Hare Bistro and had a mixed experience. While some aspects were satisfactory, a few areas left me feeling less than pleased.
Firstly, the service provided by Heather was less than ideal. I felt that her communication was a bit curt, and unfortunately, I perceived some comments about my clothing choices that I found uncomfortable. I believe customer service is crucial, and it would be beneficial for the staff to maintain a more professional demeanor.
The food, on the other hand, was okay but didn't quite meet my expectations. I found it to be somewhat mediocre, and I believe there is room for improvement in terms of taste and presentation.
Lastly, I sensed an overall vibe from the employees that left me feeling unwelcome. It's important for a business to make customers feel valued and appreciated.
I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe there's potential for improvement in various aspects of the customer experience...

As the owner walks up, I told him he didn't have to be rude and that I'm an everyday customer. He fixed the frame and acts as if nothing happened.
Dude. I apologized for it and I was willing to pay for it before he walked away so rudely! Not cool. Not cool at all.
Don't spend your money...
