Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Bend

Today I ordered a rather large order from this location on uber eats. When the order arrived I was given less than half of what I ordered and what I did recieve was very poor quality. One of the items I did recieve (kinda) was a 9 piece poppers. When I opened the box there were only 5 and 3 of them were literally just empty bread shells. So naturally I indicated on the uber app that my order was wrong and the app gave me the option to contact the vendor. So I called them and the manager I spoke to was very understanding and told me that he would give me a full refund if I came to the store and he took my name down. Shortly after the call I drove down there and the manager I was met with was a different manager and for a small description this man had an s shaped green or blue tattoo on his right forearm among other tattoos. He very rudly told me he was given a brief description of what was going on and there was nothing he could do for me and closed the window and walked away. I like to think I'm a pretty understanding person. If he had shown any professionalism at all I would have probably just let it go but to be talked to like that was degrading and completely disrespectful I personally will not be taking my business back to...

The worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve been to. I should’ve stopped going there months ago but it’s close to my apartment and so the convenience made me give them more chances than I deserve. The drive thru is consistently slow and you’ve got a 50/50 chance of speaking to someone with any grasp of the English language. I’ve never had to repeat myself so many times.

The final straw for me was today. Spending over five minutes sitting at the window (after spending ten minutes in line behind only one other car) and getting the wrong order despite it being one simple meal ...come on. And they conveniently forgot the reciept so I couldn’t do the online survey, so I’m posting this here instead.

Do not bother. Go to the McDonalds across the street or the Wendy’s just to the south down...

Great option for Vegan fast-food! I had been on the road for 12 hours, and I needed a quick bite. The beyond burger was good, fries were good, all was good! The service, however, was GREAT!

The sales associate keenly picked up on me being Vegan without me telling them. I dropped the cheese on the burger, and he intuitively asked if I wanted to drop the Mayo also! Awesome attention to detail. I was waiting, and they asked if I wanted to sit down, and they would bring my food out.

Not only did they have amazing customer service skills, I got to listen to an articulate discussion about the finer points of being entrepreneur, which was informative and entertaining. All-in-all, and awesome dinner...
