Arrived a bit before 11am when the food trucks officially opened, but Shim Shon was ready and taking orders. I was excited for that because, well, Israeli street food. :) It was amazing! We got the salmon special (with lox, pita, hummus, olives, salad, capers, and harissa aioli), the falafel stuffed pita, and the za'atar fries. The other food trucks looked yummy as well, and you can buy drinks (alcoholic and non) from inside Midtown Yacht Club, then enjoy your meal at one of the plentiful but socially distant tables.

There may not be water around, still wonder why is called a Yacht Club, but suspect it is just about being creative and fun which is a hallmark of visiting Central Oregon. Food trucks were fun and offered up great food. Tots, covered with the perfect bleu cheese sauce proved to be the right choice for me....no skimpy serving here. Fun place to gather your friends around for catching up with a craft beer to add just the right accomplishment.

This is a great spot! I tried a Krabby Patty with a side of potato salad from Lively Up Yourself. The potato salad was incredible, perfectly seasoned, and I'll look forward to having it again. The Krabby Patty was good but could have used more seasoning - It comes with a yummy mayo which was the star of the show but I do wish the patty itself would have had that quality too. However, my experience was great and I would certainly come again!

Decent enough. Id like to see better food offered personally, but I'm kinda snobby. I see how most people could like it. The environment is great and the location is great as well. It's just kinda one of those places where people are trying to be gourmet really hard but they are literally selling hot dogs... Does that make sense? I'm sure they have some better offerings. I was there kinda late and some places had closed already. I had the pork and roast veggie sandwich and it was ok. Them meat lacked seasoning and was served a bit soggy. The veggies were pickled I think? The flavor was a bit odd. I mean, I love pickled anything, you just couldn't really tell what they were going for. Grilled roasted or pickled veggies? And the grilled bread was on the thin side, and the pork needed help. Kinda hoped for a bigger serving for $12.00 . .It wasn't bad, but it could have been better with a great concept like that. I'd still go again. They need a seasoned sweet vinegar hogwash for the pork sandwich, then it would...

Our family which includes 3 vegans, 1 vegeterian and me , a regular meat eater went for dinner and drinks at the Midtown Yacht Club. There is something for every group of eaters. 3 of us tried Shim Shon and Isralie Food Truck. 2 orders of SHIMSHON BOWL. Hummus, Pickled Veggies, Greens, Israeli Salad (marinated tomato + cucumber) and Falafel. I had the STUFFED PITA.Pita Stuffed with Hummus, Pickled Veggies, Israeli Salad, Greens, Feta, Amba, Tahina, A Few Fries, I went with the Chicken Shawarma . Serving size for the Bowl's were good. My Pita was packed but not big enough for a $15 charge. My grandaughter and Son tried Lively Up Yourself Food Truck. "Fake " Mac and Cheese and "Fake" Chicken nuggets with French Fries were ordered. All...

For a local like me this tap house isn't bad, the beer is ok but they could do better, i would go there more if they would start offering a milk stout or any dark beer for that matter. They never have a dark stout and I just don't don't like IPAs which they offer too much of, so it's not the beer that brings me here. What brings me to this spot is two amazing food trucks, Cowboy Pasta and Barrio both of these food establishments get my vote for great food, but it sure would be good to have a Dark Chocolate Stout to wash my lunch down with.. If your like me and you prefer a dark stout with your great food go to Tumalo and stop in at The Bite as a tap house I give the bite a 5 star.. Sorry Midtown you need to step...
