Burger King — Restaurant in Bentleyville

4 Stars basically because I am comparing it to other Burger Kings in the area. The speed of service, quality of food, and accuracy are superior to the Belle Vernon & Rostraver locations of this franchise.

Do they forget things? Sometimes. Are the orders always accurate? Nope. Is the food always amazing and warm? Unfortunately it is not.

However, check your bag while at the restaurant. Just pull into a space. Then if you courteously address the staff, they will replace the item with no hesitation. Even if they do not agree with your judgment of quality. I have witnessed an individual being threatened by a manager at another BK over old fries. So, I appreciate that I've never seen more than an eye roll, sigh, or comment after the customer left here. Thus, more decorum than most places.

What I experienced today with the gm Justin and the other night time management they were so unprofessional they literally fired somebody. It was so embarrassing. They could’ve took the kid into the office, but instead they humiliated him and embarrassed him in front of everybody, screaming and swearing at him so unprofessional and I’m in the process of filing a complaint, but the general manager will not give me his name and neither will the nighttime one. I stopped in on a Wednesday evening around 8pm. The dining room door was locked even though it’s open till 9p. Jocelyn came to the door and said she closed cause they were short staffed and busy. But only one car in the drive thru and at least 4 workers for a place that’s never busy at 8p.
