Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bentleyville

When you charge $8.99 for a chicken cantina bowl, you would expect some chicken, not a total of 4, 1/2 inch cubes, a few shreds of lettuce, and you realize half way through there was no cheese! I order this every time I go to the Bentleyville Taco Bell, and the last 3 times, it's shrunk to the point the bowl isn't half full, and it didn't come close to being hot I mentioned this to the Manager and got 3 sarcastic "I'm sorry" comments. There were no steak pieces in my partners Steak Crunch Wrap this time or last time. We've officially joined the list of locals who won't go back. It will stick around because of the truck stop across the street, but if you want decent Taco Bell, stay in I-70 and go west a few exits to Washington or east a few exits to Belle Vernon. You'll actually get what you paid for at those locations without the poor manager attitude/service. The place looks great and new. The staff is new obviously but wow. Every time I’ve gone, I used the app to order and my wait is still about 25-30 minutes. They have forgotten at least 2 items each of the 3 times I’ve been there. Each time I get something grilled, it’s burnt to a crisp. Most of the items I’ve ordered are severely under filled. It’s really disheartening to order something that’s $5+ and it’s got a spoonful of filling in it. I got a Crunchwrap last time and it literally, and I mean literally had a teaspoon amount of meat in it and it barely had much of any other stuff in it. It was basically just a burnt tortilla wrapped around a small bite of fillings.

Chicken Bowl was a total POS for nearly $10.00 - Half the Bowl is filled with nothing more then lettuce and rice - The rest is wimisculue little portions on top of the pile - It's a crummy meal !!! And if you continue reading reviews you'll notice this location is notorious for skimpy portions pics included - Low pay peons working there are programed to think this way during preparation - Their dinky little pay checks reflect who and what they are - But hey it's just a jobby job until you get a better job - Been there done that - Never going down...
