As with most fast food places the quality of the food is hit or miss. My biggest issue with this particular location is you never know when inside will be locked or unlocked. I nearly always preorder my food because I would like to avoid wait and also there are deals online not always available in store out top of easier to use any rewards in app rather than in store. I always choose to pick up inside because drove thrusting often take longer than going in. Half the time though doors are locked and I am forced to get in drive thru to pick up my preordered food. Mind of defeats purpose of preordering if your stuck waiting and waiting in drive thru. This really wouldn't be an issue if once i announce at speaker I'm a preorder, they would bring my stuff out to me so i can be on my way but no i have to wait the normal drove thru process while my, again, PREORDERED food gets colder on a counter. Please if you are so understaffed or overwhelmed you can keep doors open for people who preorder then either turn off online orders for the time (which from my time as a gig driver I remember places can typically do) or have someone run orders out to those stuck waiting in line. Read moreThis place is HORRIBLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Waited in line for over 15 min at the speaker just to order. I was understanding because I know they are busy and it is at night so I know they dont have a lot of employees. Well since this one has 2 speakers we were at the outside one. They were bouncing back and fourth between the 2 taking orders. It came time for us to order and she told us we could order so we start. After we started telling them what we wanted they told us to hang on so they could jump to the other speaker for the person who just pulled up to the speaker. At this point we waited about 25 min because we thought something happened with a customer at the window. But no. They are just choosing who they want to take and who they dont. Read moreI specifically ordee my food, and i repeates it 2 times. Im on almost a 13 hour shift run as a caregiver- so i decided to get something to eat. I ordered a #2 with cheese for someone else and got a #1 with no cheese and made it wrong when i just needed a normal sandwich. Nothing special done to it, but make it a double and add cheese. And among other things wrong with the order. I cant exactly drop what im doing to call and thumb through my food at that second.
