KFC — Restaurant in Benton

Lobby closed at 3pm so went through the drive thru around 5pm. Ordered a large popcorn chicken only. After geting it at the window drove off and stopped at the red light. Looked in the box it came in nothing but FRIED CRUMBS. So I turn around and go back through the drive thru tell them I just came through and ordered a large popcorn chicken and I will need to talk to a manager. I get to the window and tell them if they dont have any popcorn chicken ready I will sit and wait I'm not paying for crumbs. She says oh well we have some ready so she gives me some "new" popcorn chicken and says do these look better and I said yes the ones on top do. So I get home pour them out on a paper towel to see what is in the box. Well looks like they put some good ones on top of the crumbs they gave me the 1st time. Nothing but hard fried crumbs, no chicken in the middle at all!! So I took pictures of it and I will be taking them back again tomorrow its after 6pm now. So don't waist your time, money or gas going to the KFC in Benton, Arkansas go somewhere else 😡 The ones on the left actually have chicken in them the ones on the right is all fried...

I had a manager be so rude to me today. Her tone was horrible and I know she will deny this claim. Her entire staff seems tense. It doesn't take a loud mouth to tell customers any policy. Although I ordered on the app, I never gotten the option to fix it so I immediately asked her if I could just get the gravy on the side. She was so loud the entire store looked our way over something that was only $1, she said you can't get it that way. You must pay for it but this time I'm going to do it. Well after the conversation escalated. I want to speak to corporate, I've never experienced this. I always get gravy on the side with my large potato. My food was definitely hot and fresh. The staff did their part, I wish the manager would be nicer. She sure gave off as if she didn't like black people. She tossed my bag on the counter and said here u are ma'am. She was so nice to the white customers. Do better because our money...

This is my second time to get home and not have what I asked for. I asked for dipping sauce and honey. I get home and don't have a single anything with a FAMILY TENDER meal! I went back up there just to get a smerk and attitude from the window guy. also he stood there as if he didn't see me like I wasn't there 15 mins before but ya know. I asked for a few cookies for the inconvenience because I literally had 3 kids at home upset cause they wanted there dipping sauce.
