I will never spend money with them ever again. My wife and I decided to try this place out while we waited for family that we were meeting in the area. We used the drive thru. Now keep in mind, I recently had an accident on the job that has left me "Handicap" we placed our order and drove around to the window, my wife reached over me to past the lady in the window her card. No one else was present and waiting for an order. 15 minutes later, our food was passed out the window and as I proceeded to drive off, I see a black SUV pulling up on the side of me and an officers yells out "Halt!" He then walks in front of our truck telling us not to move. We both sat there looking confused as ever. He then explains that someone from the restaurant called them because they claimed they had a customer who was drinking, and using drugs while driving in the drive thru. He went on to say that they told him the driver was slumped over the steering wheel and the passenger seemed to be " uncomfortable". No let's get back to my being handicap, I have back problems due to my injury and I had laid my head on the steering wheel while my wife was massaging my back to help relieve some of my discomfort.

I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT MY VISIT. I purchased a 1/2 slab of ribs, a salad and a bake potato about 630 pm yesterday and went on home which is about 15 mins away. Go ahead take the kids a bath and feed them. Then I place my food on the table to eat and the first bite I take I taste nothing but lighter fluid on my ribs. So I climb back in the car and journey on back up the road 15 mins , go on the inside and ask for a manager. So its roughly about 745pm -800pm at this point. I speak to the manager and ask for a refund for the ribs and I will pay for the rest of my meal. She explains she is unable to give me a REFUND BECAUSE SHE DOESN"T KNOW HOW TO but she can just make me another plate or give me a meal ticket for later. I said ma'am I would like the money back but she said she can't right now but I can come back Friday and talk to MIKE. REALLY!!!!!! So I got the other plate and kept my receipt. But I will keep this new plate until Friday and return it to MIKE the manager. And give him the whole spill on what happened on my first visit to business and this is how I was treated. I just wanted my money back for the ribs. THE RIBS KILLED MY APPETITE!!! May I just have my money back and I don't want anymore ribs at this point from you all. My wife and I arrived at 11:35am on 3/21/18 and as we were seated they took our drink order and that only took 3 to 4 minutes to get them. Another group of 4 people at the next booth had there order taken shortly after that and they received the food at 11:50 Then at 11:55 no one had come to take our food order so I went to where the servers were coming out of the back and one of them walked completely past me without acknowledging I was standing there and then when she came back towards me I had to be the one to ask her to speak to a manager because I felt she would have just kept on walking past me again. Finally at 11:57 a manager (name I don't remember) came out of the back and and I explained to him the situation and I let him know that he had lost our business for the day because we were in a hurry and didn't have any longer to wait. I don't feel that he was overly concerned until I started walking away and that's when he began to say he wanted to make it right and he would take care of us the next time we came in and that he would take care of our bill to make it right.
