Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Benton

Ordered a Red Sangria smoothie w/ splenda. Took forever( over 25 minutes) and then they got it wrong (used turbinado), even though the girl that rang up my order reminded the associate to use splenda. Waited another 20 minutes, still no smoothie. At least 10 orders after mine were completed, and customers left with their orders and countless drive thru orders completed. Finally I decided to just get a refund. Took forever for them to figure out how to process the refund, because I had added in a tip. As refund was finally being processed, the girl that took my order said " Oh, here's your smoothie." I said, no thank you, I am already getting a refund. Not a good experience. Im usually very patient and understanding, but this visit was ridiculous. Probably...

The food at tropical smoothie is good, I am not going to dispute that. What I will say is that this location has had terrible service over the past few months. I have held off writing my review until I was certain that things weren't getting better.

The last time my wife and I were at this location we got the "hold on a minute" finger repeatedly as we stood outside in the heat trying to order. After several minutes of this we just left. They have also been lacking in supplies over the past several times I have visited. They usually don't have the correct cups or lids. Occasionally they will be completely out of a few of their menu items before noon, which is concerning.

I hope something is done about the lack of motivation in the employees here as I really like...

My daughter just sent me the hummus veggie wrap or the veggie hummus wrap and an orange pineapple smoothie. Think it's the most popular one I don't know the name of it!! I'm a foodie and I really only like really nice meals from really nice restaurants. I'm not a sandwich eater..This wrap was to die for.... If you haven't had it, I feel sorry for you. you're missing out !!! I give them 10 stars... Smoothie was great too.. I was afraid it would be too sweet, but it taste like natural juices. So get off the sofa and get yourself to tropical smoothies or do what I did and have your daughter order doordash for you. I will be eating the hummus veggie wrap again this...
