Me and my coworkers of a local healthcare facility, 3-5 of us on average, eat here multiple nights a week, every week. Here lately the service and food on the overnight shift has been going down hill. I have had to wait excessive times for food that was cooked a long time ago, like old and cold. Tonight as I pulled in to an empty drive thru to pick up our work orders(two online orders and one drive thru order) I was told that I could not place more than 2 orders in the drive thru. Never have I been told this before. NEVER in three years, multiple times a week, been told this. I was made to drive around an empty building back into an empty drive thru. I had to place an additional order. I asked to speak with the manager(Dawson) and asked when they started this rule. He lied to me and told me that they always did this. When I called him out on his lie he tried to complain that they were busy, when I was the only person in the drive thru. Then Dawson wanted to argue with me about what I ordered and what was on the menu. I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted and he continued to argue with me. Finally he completed my order while constantly complaining to me about how busy they were and how they always do this when they are busy. I had to ask for the name and number for the general manager to get him to drop the issue and complete the order. Upon receiving the third order, the food was, you guessed it old and cold, as well as watering down the drink. I will be contacting the general manager about Dawson's unprofessional demeanor and rudeness towards customers. I will also be contacting corporate to let them know that Dawson is turning down orders in the drive thru. I know that myself and my coworkers will no longer frequent this establishment for their old and cold food and rude service on the overnight shift. It is a shame that your previous weekday overnight staff are no longer there, as they were a courteous efficient team.
I stop at this location multiple times through the week and weekend on the overnight shift. These guys are definitely doing their job well. Despite regularly being understaffed and overworked, they always have great attitudes and serve excellent food. Management needs to either get more overnight help, or step up and fill the empty positions. Thank you to the overnight shifts and keep up...
Read moreTaco Bell Corporate would and should be very disgusted with this franchise. This is by far the worse fast food restaurant in Arkansas, if not the entire south.
Today (11/10/14) I stopped by this location to pick up what I thought was an easy order.. 4 soft taco supreme's. The girl, her name tag read "Alex", was not qualified to speak to another human, much less take an order.
Not only did she have to keep asking me for my selection, she also couldn't spell my name... She asked me for my name. I said "Ed". She looked at me confused. I thought maybe she didn't hear me..then said ask me, "How do you spell Ed?" I responded, "How would you spell Ed?". Which clearly was something above her pay grade. She said, "I don't know.". He co-worker... an extremely effeminate young man, who would rather socialize with friends, than actually focus on register two and taking orders, began to laugh at "Ms. Alex".
This is not what makes this place the "worst".
I counted 8 employees standing behind the counter, near the drive through window, behind the registers and the two poor souls slaving away on the food line and near the meat tube.
4 of the 8 appeared to be working and "Alex" was included in that "appeared to be working" group.
The drive through wrapped around the building. There were 6 people behind me and to top it all off, the trash cans were over flowing, which led to garbage piling up on the floor.
The whole store just felt dirty and disorganized and by the looks on the faces of the employees, it's a very negative place to live.
It's important to say that I very much enjoy eating at Taco Bell. When I eat out.. I almost always go to Taco Bell.
However, I will not ever go back to this Taco Bell. I have eaten at this particular "Bell" less than 10 times total. There was never a time I did not have a bad experience And this is such a shame. Most other "Bells" are a wonderful place to eat and visit.
From this point forward... if I have a craving for some Taco Bell, I will drive to Bryant or Little Rock before I waste another dollar at Taco...
Read moreThis store needs some leadership, I understand that no store runs perfect, every store might get hit hard or caught off guard or short staffed and not be able to perform....its understandable. But this was not the case for this store. Yes their kitchen was in the weeds, they were short staffed, but they had zero customer service. The had a don't care attitude including the manager. We wanted in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. The manager or shift lead shut the window in my face when I mentioned the delay. I was nice but felt like she upset me with the window thing and rolling her eyes. She gave me the food, and said they were short staffed, but she didn't seem to have any urgency at all. I appreciated the reason when she came back because even though I felt ignored the first time she at least acknowledged it the next time. I wasn't rude. If she would have apologized for the delay I wouldn't have thought twice about it, but she didn't seem to care, so when asked about sauce I said no but could we get anything for the delay? She looked at me for a second, didn't say a word and then just shut the window. Talk about throwing fuel on the fire. This seems to be the norm for this store. They lack leadership and customer service. The employees dropped the F word several times were my kids could here it. I am so furious with them. If my kids weren't with me i would be calling this place screaming at them but instead I am typing this and it will most likely never get addressed. I will be telling everyone about this place, they had the chance just to throw out an apology and it would have been no big deal. But to shut the window in my face like that...twice...and use vulgar langauge and not even...
