Placed online order, on my way there recieved a call that they were out of cold cut combo meat, I said fine and asked if they could just make it a turkey with all the veggies, oil, and vinegar as requested.Shes like i guess i can do that this ONE time, theres a price difference. Vice President Jodie Keeling is slow. I explained how the store sold me a $25 gift card it let me add money to my account. .I tried to order online 4 times and it refuses to allow me to pay with gift card. I went to store and it took at least a hour and several phone calls and was told food free since the card I paid in cash and after over hour of trying to store manager said I keep my money and food free. Online said would not accept card and store check would not work. Worker could not get any other gift card to work. I will not be going back to buy anything. What can I say. It is the only sub place within 15 MI of where I live. I get so frustrated because it is such a rip-off for what you get. The meat portions are ridiculously small. Most of the time the employees are teenagers and and truly show that they really don't want to be there....lol
Because of the small meat portions I try to get them to load up on all the veggies so that the sandwich is more filling and sometimes they have a look of frustration because you asked for extra veggies or condiments.
If there was another sub sandwich place closer I would never go back to Subway.
