Waffle House — Restaurant in Benton

It’s thanksgiving night 2021 - The reviews for this location have been great. However, I am leaving this review while sitting here. I have been here now 42 minutes. The only thing that has happened is silverware was placed on the table. There are staff behind the counter running around like they have no clue what’s going on. 1 is working without her hair pulled back and continues to toss it around. I bet not have hair in my food… I’d leave but I’ve already been here so long that I’m invested. The only gentleman working tonight is vaping while he works. I would definitely watch the cameras (it’s about 9:25pm) the guy vaping and the young woman with her hair down, huddled up in the corner where the milk is.. something definitely just “went down” Waffle House is known for their efficiency. However, the crew tonight severely needs more training. I’m about 45, maybe 50 minutes into my visit and just got my order taken. Customers are here but it’s not...

If I could give zero stars I would I ordered a all star meal for $7.40 and my mom ordered eggs toast and a Coke shouldn’t have been The same price but even if it was it would’ve been cheaper than what my actual bill came out to be. She told me my total would be $23 which means my meal was $7.40 And my moms being a whole $14 more keep in mind the lady told me that she would change a few things so that I could “Save” money I asked her how my bill became so much I’ve ordered this meal with my mom several times in the past and never paid this much she said she charged two drinks and that’s what did it and that she would break it down if I wanted I felt cheated the food was burnt And the food came back minutes between each other she didn’t even see if we needed refills the gentleman cleaning took better care of us then she did I will never go back and I hope This will help you choose whether to go to...

We pulled in at this location after picking my husband up from the airport tonight. We got here before 10 pm. It is currently 10:40 pm and we have yet to get our food. The restaurant was very slow. Only 2 customers inside when we got here. The "cook" didn't know what she was doing. She had to keep asking the waitress what to do. My husband got upset when 2 of our 5 plates came out and the other 3 weren't done and one was burnt. The cook was turning around and talking to other customers instead of cooking.
