Burger King — Restaurant in Bentonville

The sad thing is that during the pandemic, when the only choice for eating out was fast food windows, this Burger King was our go-to place. The people were friendly, the food was prepared quickly, and it was good. Twice now I've been given barely civil service, and today was the worst. Starting with an almost rude man at the window. No receipt given.

I got a fish sandwich, and as a bonus - a long, blonde hair in my mouth. I spit it out and after a bit called the manager. I asked her for her name, but I couldn't understand what she was saying. I told her about the hair, and she was instantly defensive. She asked if I wanted a refund, and I said no, I just wanted to let you know that someone is not wearing their hat or have their hair up or something. She cut me off to tell me she "ALWAYS" makes sure they're wearing their hats. Obviously not, or I wouldn't have been served blonde hair. Not once, at any time in the call, did she say she was sorry, she knows that's unpleasant - it was all about defending her people.

I'm over this. I haven't been to the McDonalds on Walton for nearly two years - a roach in the french fries took care of that. Now I will add this place to my never-visit list. I get it - it's hard work. But I work hard too. And for many, many years our food service places understood that the idea was to offer good service with good food. Now we're supposed to feel lucky if we get everything we ordered and not complain if we don't. Because then you're a Karen. I don't want to rant and scream at them, but from now on - when places fail to deliver good service (hello, Natural Muse) or good food (Burger King - hair is not good), I won't go back. That's how I'll complain silently, but...

We went through the drive-thru to get lunch I have not been to a Burger King in ages and I wanted a Whopper when you stopped to place your order the employee kept laughing and talking to somebody else I had to repeat my order a number of times they finally got it till this drive to the next window and start giving us the wrong food while we're sitting in our car watching them the employees were playing catch or basketball or their fooling around back there laughing in and carrying on very unprofessional she gives us drinks and goes to close the window and I had to blow my horn and say do you think you could possibly give me a straw for each one of the drinks we pulled into a parking spot the food was terrible. My Whopper was cold The french fries were cold you can tell they were old The other meals for the people in the car or the same way they were not hot they were not the way they were ordered it's not rocket science to leave lettuce off of something it was a total waste of money we didn't even finish our food and we went someplace else and got a good meal through a drive-thru at another fast food restaurant on the same street I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone maybe during the afternoon it's different but not around dinner time or after dinner time they need to hire people a little older not kids that look like they're 16 and 17 years old that don't know how to act on a job and would rather jump around and play games than do what they're...

Was on a doordash today. I have to say I was extremely disappointed kind of the rudest staff that I've had to deal with in a very long time not that they were very disrespectful or anything like that they were just not polite when I went into the establishment they were all leaning on the counter and they were clowning around three of the employees I tried to make small talk and engage them and they were just completely rude never acknowledge my presence really welcome me into the establishment. Received my order told them to have a great day and the girl that handed me more artist said yeah okay and none of them thank me and they went back to clowning around and leaning on the counters and the equipment behind the counters total disheartening in my opinion of course all young people of course I would not visit this establishment on a personal level I would not recommend this establishment they weren't busy at all and now...
