Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Bentonville

My partner is gluten and dairy free and enjoys ordering Ziggi's since it's one of the few places they can eat from that makes substitutions for common breakfast foods. However that means nothing when nearly every time we order from there, our food is completely incorrect. This has happened several times and today was just the final straw, she ordered a gluten-free breakfast sandwich with no cheese because she has an allergy to dairy and for some reason her sandwich came with cheese. This is not the first time this has happened, she's also ordered gluten-free food from Ziggi's and received an item that explicitly says it has gluten in it. This isn't after a one-off accident or even two times. It comes off almost comical and intentional at that point, and it's frustrating to think that not even an ounce of care is being put into preparing foods with allergen needs. From our perspective, it's as if right after making our drinks they immediately stop caring about the rest of our order, because our drinks are always correct and delicious. We went today and were pleasantly surprised! It's no secret that Bentonville has their own loyalty to a certain coffee company. So we weren't sure how this was going to go. We stopped in and got 3 drinks (2 of the fresher things, a coffee, and a chai) and everything is so delicious! My son and I got the Melon Berry Tide fresher and it was seriously so good. Get it with lemonade and thank me later! The staff was so nice as well. Obviously they're still learning, but everyone tried their best and were very friendly. First time going. Although we are 7brew snobs, we wanted to try something new. Well the coffee wasn't the greatest and to top it off, we ordered a 20oz and a 16oz and got 2 16oz coffees. Either the ladies don't know the size difference or they are just ripping people off. The total for 2 16 oz coffees was supposed to be $16 but when we checked the bank statement we were charged $18 for 2 small coffees. What?! Never going back. Just not worth it. Sit in that 7brew line guys, you won't regret...
