Our first time here today. We read all the great reviews and were anxious to try. What a disappointment! Ordered stuffed hot peppers, lasagna, and the sausage and peppers calzone. First of all, we’ve never had peppers stuffed with the seeds still inside the pepper. Made it hot but not what we expected. Some folks may like it this way but we preferred to have the banana pepper seeds removed before stuffing with sausage because we like the heat to come from the sausage not the pepper seeds. Next the lasagna….look for yourself at the photo. I’ve never been served lasagna that was so greasy until tonight. I’ll let you decide. The calzone was probably the best item we ordered but it was mostly cheese. The bread that was served was 2 small dinner rolls set in olive oil and vinegar. They were fresh and hot but something was still lacking. Based on our first experience at this restaurant I doubt we will return. The restaurant appears nice and clean and our server was polite but the poor food overshadowed our experience.

Absolutely authentic homemade Italian food! A casual, upscale dining experience you'll keep coming back for! The food is amazing and delicious! Each and every dish has a signature taste. The BEST chicken marsala I have ever had! The Tomahawk Veal was beyond words! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. We had the pleasure of having Nick wait on us again tonight and when my husband inquired about pairing a wine with the veal Nick suggested a different wine, then took the time to explain the components of the two different wines and why the wine he suggested would pair better with the veal than my husband's original idea. He went further to bring two samples of wine to our table for my husband to try! My husband confirmed Nick's explanation was spot-on as he took Nick's recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed both the wine and food! Be sure to save room for dessert - but if you don't, you can always get your dessert to go! If you see the owner John walking around, be sure to say Hello!

My oh my !!!! This place is amazing before I can rave about the food I have to start with the service which was unbelievably amazing. Our sever (Maya ) hopefully I’m spelling it correctly was amazing . Honestly every staffer member was Great from the young lady who was bussing the table to the host was sat us down . From start to finish service was amazing . I rave so much about this because in the current Climate of staff shortage it’s rare to have amazing service . The management at this place has to be Great . Now on to the Food . The appetizers Stuffed Mozzarella balls was amazing we ordered couple plates . The calamari was so fresh and amazing ! I can honestly tell you out of the four different dishes we tried at this place from the lasagna to the chicken Parmigiana to the Gnocchi My God everything was fresh and amazing . You can truly tell the cooks aren’t playing in the Back . We will be making the hour drive again to come and enjoy the food and the service .

I am only writing this review in hopes that future customers are aware of the horrible customer service this place has. I have already spoken to Chelsea (manager) and the owner, and they clearly do not care if a customer is unhappy. My mom and I went to lunch there yesterday, we have been there many times before. We decided to share an entree because my mom can't eat much. The server informed us there would be a split plate fee, which to me is just crazy, especially in a suburb. I could see if the restaurant was downtown, but even then most restaurants do not charge this fee because it is tacky and greedy. We ordered a Caesar salad and gnocchi with alfredo sauce and grilled chicken. When the server brought the salad she brought just the salad. No extra plate dropped it left and we never saw her again. So granted it was my mother that I was sharing with but we had to eat out of the same bowl. That to me is uncalled for. So then she brings the entree again. One bowl drops it on the table and leaves. Never saw her again until she dropped the check. At this point we had every single dish empty that we used on our table including the bread plate, salad plate, appetizer plate, and entree plate, And I was annoyed with the service so I asked our server to speak to the manager. The manager Chelsea came to our table immediately with an attitude and she said" what's your issue". I explained to her that I thought that it was unprofessional to bring out a split entree on one plate and not even offer an extra plate for sharing and she said well that's not our problem. So my mom said well then we're going to be speaking to your higher up and she said" good luck. It's my family. He's right over there if you'd like to talk to him". So he comes over. I'm assuming it was the owner. He never introduced himself. He sat down next to us and I was so upset that I couldn't even get the words out. I had never been treated like that in my whole life by a manager of a restaurant. He tried to make light of the situation and joke with us and I told him" nothing about this is funny" he did not seem interested in hearing any of our concerns. He didn't really apologize either so he took our bill over to the waiter station and removed our sodas from the bill as he's over there. I can hear him arguing with his manager/daughter Chelsea and she is using foul language and he comes back and I said see she is your problem. You should probably control her behavior because all of your customers can hear her mouth right now. He basically laughed and walked away. I have been in the restaurant business for 22 years. I managed a high-end steakhouse in Avon and I currently work at a high-end restaurant in Avon as well. Customers always come first. Customer service is everything. If you don't have that, why even have a restaurant. From the looks at the reviews this is a reoccurring problem with this family. I will never recommended this restaurant to anyone I know. Humble yourselves, drop the attitude and...

First time visiting here. This experience was weeks ago, however, since not hearing one word from the restaurant after our experience, I have now changed my 2 star review to 1. My friend and I, that I hadn't seen in a long time, met at this restaurant from different towns. I made reservations for 5 o'clock online. Sad to say that at 6:30 p.m. while my friend was still eating her dessert, we were told that there is another reservation waiting so we needed to leave. This is no reflection on our server, as we told her she was very sweet, which is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars. We dropped over 100 dollars, and if we had been sitting there for hours after our meals, maybe I could understand why this happened. However, we had not been done eating for long. As we were paying for our meals, she told us there is another party for 6:30 and we have to leave. I looked around. There were a couple of empty tables, same size, however they wanted to be able to sit where we were to join tables for a larger party. Okay, that's cool.... perhaps they could have asked us to move to one of the other tables??? Or use one of those other tables and move that one instead? We were asked to leave. When we looked at her, she said that we could sit outside if we want. I have a back injury, which was why I made reservations in the first place for a "booth". Which our seat was half booth, half table. My friend and I were engaged in conversation, as we have been friends for over thirty years since high school and had not seen one another in a long time. I am still mad about it today. When I made the reservation online, I even check marked that it was for a special occasion. After an hour and a half, they wanted us out. I have never, in my life had a restaurant tell me that I had to leave right after we were done eating, actually my friend was not even done. At the moment that I am paying for my $60 dollar bill, not including a tip, for myself, we are being told this. Extremely disappointing. This review has not been exaggerated in any way and is of 100% truth. I was mad under the circumstances that we were literally, made to leave when we were not ready to do so. I just noticed this is family owned? My friend and I looked at each other and said "I guess we won't be coming...

I ordered a Caesar salad tonight & Italian wedding soup off of Uber eats (which I’ve done in the past no issues) and when it delivered there was no dressing in the bag or in the salad itself. I’ve only ever had it in a cup on the side but it was Just chicken, lettuce, cheese and croutons. I called the store and they asked if I wanted someone to drop off dressing and they would do that for me. Then she asks if I was sure there was no dressing in the bag or salad. I assured her I wouldn’t be calling if there was any dressing in the bag or on the salad. She puts me on hold again (4x total). She proceeds to take my address for delivery then tells me it wasn’t in their delivery zone so now I need to take it up with Uber eats. I told her this wasn’t an Uber eats problem. She’s like I know it sounds far fetch but maybe the Uber driver took the dressing. I said “so you’re telling it’s more like than the Uber driver stole a cup of Caesar dressing but left the salad and the soup than someone in your store forgetting to put the dressing in the bag?” She’s advised 3 people check the bag before he goes out. I said “For some reason I have a feeling that didn’t happen or they all 3 assumed including yourself the dressing was on the salad.” I asked if I could just pick up another salad at a later time because I am 20 min away and I’m just going to eat something else and didn’t have time to spend 40 min round trip driving to pick up food hence getting delivery plus I am out of dressing at home which truly is irrelevant because I bought this salad for dinner but she told me no and there isn’t anything they can and will do to fix the problem. Only said “I’m sorry but you’ll need to reach out to Uber eats.” Super unfortunate but this is very poor customer service. I will not be...
