Turon King — Restaurant in Bergenfield

I finally stopped in here for breakfast after passing the building everyday for 2 years. Its a small, old school diner with both Flippino and American menus. I cannot speak for the American menu, but the Flippino food is absolutely incredible. The garlic rice came out hot and perfectly cooked. I cannot eat eggs but the cook gave me the "biggest pork chop they had" to make up for it. I legit needed to put down my utensils and force myself to stop eating. It was that good. They also have fresh fried banana in spring roll (Turon) that were addictively good. Got a few to take home. The woman behind the counter was incredibly nice and helpful. This place is worth a visit from anywhere in the tri-state area. It's off a few bus lines and easy to get to. Parking...

The owner of this little luncheonette is a filipina who you see busily preparing orders for catering as well as slinging eggs, bacon, burgers and other good foods. The place is cozy and very inviting. I took my sons here to enjoy breakfast and this place delivered. The eggs were made right and tasted great. The bacon was crunchy; just the way I like it. The home fries had some paprika in it which had a nice aftertaste to it. My sons had chocolate chip pancakes which were buttery. We really enjoyed it. A tad high on the price point, but a great place to eat with a rating of 4.7 out of 5

Great little place. Started out going here for some breakfast food & coffee before work which was good. I did happen to come across some other reviews talking about how good their burgers were, so that's what I had for my next breakfast.

Their burgers are pretty damn great. So juicy, definitely cooked well. Fries are nothing too special but they are good. Brunch burger and Bacon Burger are the same price but Brunch burger has egg & bacon on it which makes it a steal.

Environment is friendly too, very pleasant people. The place is on the smaller side but it's cozy small, not crowded small. Coffee is pretty solid too.

Definitely try a burger...
