Frankie's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Berkeley Township

Went to Frankie's when we first moved into the area about 11 years ago. We ordered quite a few dinners and had coupons to use from a magazine. They wouldn't accept the coupons because they claimed the dinners were excluded. Haven't tried them again until 2 weeks ago.

They ran another coupon, this time it was $21.99 for 3 large subs. There are exclusions and they are written on the coupon this time. We ordered the 3 subs and they were very good. So, last night we ordered again, same subs. This time the price was an additional $6.50. I called this afternoon to ask why they upcharge on cheese as it doesn't mention this on the coupon and we weren't upcharged last time. The guy argued with me, telling me I was told and I should have been aware of it. I told him I wasn't calling to argue, but to simply tell them they should put restrictions and upcharges on the coupon and even though their food is good, I don't think I will be coming back. He said THAT SOUNDS GOOD....and that is when I hung up the phone.

So overall, the subs are good....however the customer service is horrendous. I will never go back to this establishment. Tried them twice now and both times were not worth the money or the aggravation.

Obviously they don't care whether a customer returns or not. I wasn't asking for money back or anything...just telling them their coupon was a little misleading. In turn, I received a huge attitude and an argument. Way to...

This was our first time ordering from Frankie's and realized they have a brand new owner and if he is the reason the food is amazing then bravo you are doing an amazing job sir.

The chicken wings- we ordered a large 😋 and it was crispy outside juicy goodness inside. They didn't cheat us out of sauce we got plenty. We could have tossed the wings ourselves with the amount of sauce provided.

The garlic knots--- WOWWWW 👏👏👏 not many get these right. We ordered 2 because they are normally small but not these, they were huge which I appreciate. They were crispy outside, soft inside and it was the perfect amount of garlic. It wasn't overpowering or overcooked- they were delicious. Sauce was enough for all garlic knots and was not just a prepackaged sauce.

The pizza-- 🍕 😋 😍 👌 We ordered an 18' The pizza was cheesy but not runny, the crust was crispy and it was absolutely worth it. It was made to perfection honestly.

The delivery was fast and the food was still hot when it got here.

WOW!!! We had a small family get together but did not feel like cooking so we ordered the catering special from Carlos. It was awesome! Definitely feeds more than 15 hungry people! They cheerfully delivered into the house (of course wearing a mask) six trays of food. One more delicous than the last. The antipasto was fresh and beautiful. The variety of ingredients was outstanding. The dressing on the side was so good. The meatballs were a big hit. Baked ziti so cheesy. Chicken franchaise flavorful and fork tender. Sausage and peppers tangy and saucy. Ziti with vodka sauce was delicious. Also comes wirh a ton of garlic knots. Yum!!! Will totally order thia great value again and again. Just need a reason to have more get togethers. Thank you Carlos, family and staff. You made a great impression...
