McDonald's — Restaurant in Berkeley Township

I would give this McDonald’s 0 stars if I could! Today I visited this location to get my daughter and I some dinner. I stopped using this location a while ago because they are terrible and can never get my order right. But today I was in the area and thought I would give it another shot. Yet again another total disappointment. I order my daughters meal first a mighty kids cheese burger meal with only ketchup. The I ordered my signature sandwich. The lady repeated my order back to me and said cheese burger happy meal and signature sandwich. I then corrected her and said I need a Mighty kids meal not just a regular happy meal. She stated yes that’s what I have. I went to the first window and paid looked at my receipt and saw that she had rung me up for a regular happy meal. When I went to the second window I stated that I wanted to make sure it was a mighty kids meal with a double cheese burger. The guy said no but they would remake the sandwich. Went I got home and my daughter opened her cheese burger and they just rewrapped the original cheese burger in the double cheese burger wrappper. The service at this McDonald’s has been terrible for years and now I know when I’m in the area I will just wait until I am closer to home to...

Only getting 1 star because I can’t choose “0”.

My husband and I went to the Bayville location with 2 coupons stating, “Buy a Large Combo Lunch/Dinner meal and get a happy meal for free”. The girl running the register told me we could only use one. I told her we were doing 2 separate transactions (coupons’ fine print read: ‘Limit one PER PERSON per visit’ it did not read ONE PER TRANSACTION (even if it did, we were doing 2) ). Cashier got the manager, manager said we could only use 1 coupon regardless. She did not take the time to read the coupon, or hear what we were saying.. We drove the extra few miles to Lacey where we were greeted professionally, told that we could use BOTH coupons IN ONE TRANSACTION since there were 2 of us present (remember, 1 PER PERSON PER VISIT) and manager in Lacey was unclear why Bayville would say we couldn’t use both. Will NOT be giving my time or money to the Bayville location.

Manager looked to be the age of a teenager… manager should take time to listen to her patrons and read the coupons that are given out...

Sigh, I really didn't wanna do a review on this McDonald's. And I'm going to start by apologizing to the McDonald's corporation before hand. I'm sorry guys I know it's not your fault. I've personally worked for McDonald's 3 different times and I loved it everytime. That being said this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my entire life. The service is just awful everytime. The workers are all between 16&21 and not a single one of them care at all about weather or not someone is at the counter or the counter at all. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt several times and they've consistently disappointed me every time. It's to the point where I'll drive a half hour away to another McDonald's before I go to this one. I've tried to bring my kids there and even they were disappointed with the orders not being correct or ordering a large and getting the small drink cup. I'm done. I'm dropping the...
