The worst customer service. I come in for a cup of coffee and sit down to enjoy it before my day starts. Most others are coming and getting what they want and leave. After I sit down I get not so good looks from the person behind the counter. Then the old lady comes from behind the counter and opens one of two doors, the one I'm sitting right next to, to let the freezing cold air in to try and get me to leave. After I'm done with my first cup of coffee, which tastes watered down, I get up to get a refill and the old lady is quick to come from the back to charge me $2.00, I wasn't sure if I heard her correct, I asked her to repeat, because she could sense I was a little upset she was generous enough to lower the refill price to $1.00 for the refill. I have never been to a donut shop that charges for a coffee refill. I will never be back. The batter part of the donut was a dark brownish/gold color like itād been fried in old oil for too long (think saturating grease thru the paper bag immediately) and left a film in my mouth.
