Sol Taqueria — Restaurant in Berkeley

I really wanted nachos, so spotted this place and I gave it a try. The place was very clean, and inviting. As I walked in I was greeted by the lady behind the counter. I told her that I wanted to order nachos and she asked if I wanted a Supreme or regular. I said Supreme because I don't eat meat and it came with beans I also got a drink. . The wait was short, I got home, and opened the box I was not happy with the portion size, and on top of that, The chips were stale and hard. I am very disappointed and upset. I can not believable a new business would do something like this. I paid $21.74 for old hard stale nachos. How hard is it to give a customer fresh chip. Time are hard and everything is expensive, I think if you want people contuine to patronize your business you have to do better and not sever STALE chips to...

However, I was disappointed with the food, especially since I had been looking forward to trying this new place. Ordered a fish taco which didn’t come with Guacamole but every menu I have seen says it comes with Guacamole. I ordered a veggie quesadilla and paid extra for the veggies and got a plain cheese quesadilla. I called to talk to them but wasn’t willing to walk back to the store. They said the fish taco doesn’t come with guacamole and that the menus are wrong and that there’s no option to add veggies even though I did in fact pay extra and add veggies as part of an option on the website.
