I absolutely love everything about this café. The atmosphere is cozy, relaxed, and inviting, it truly feels like a hidden gem. The pastries are incredibly delicious, fresh, and made with so much care. You can really taste the quality in every bite.

What makes this place even more special is the owner. She is so friendly, kind, and welcoming, and she bakes all of the pastries herself! You can feel her passion in the way she speaks about her work and in the way the café is run. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both at home and treated to something special.

I’ve been to many cafés in the Bay Area, but this one genuinely stands out. I will definitely be coming back again and again....

I stopped by Mey Cafe and Bakery recently and was genuinely impressed. The date latte and Persian tea were both excellent, really balanced and not too sweet. The baking shows a lot of care and skill: the pastry and quiche had a properly flaky crust and fillings that actually taste of the ingredients, not just sugar. So glad this opened up again with new owners with smiles! We had the carrot cake muffin. Lovely, moist, flakey texture. Great vibe and they brought back the indoor seating! The only thing we really miss is the rich dense moist dark Ginger cake. We had it for our small intimate wedding cake. Hope they can find a recipe. No icing just moist cake.
