Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Berkeley

I realized that over the years I had accumulated over 7,000 points and decided to see what I got get and to my surprise I was eligible for a large spealty pizza of my choice for 4,500 points and I got a couple of ice cream deserts too for 1,000 points each however when I tried to put the order through a little pop up sign comes up and says I need to spend at least $14 or $15 to have my order go through. This got me upset because why have all these points for if you are going to charge me anyways so instead I wrote out some feedback and left the site. To my surprise a staff memeber called me back and made things right all I did was pay for the delivey service at $7.50 which was totally understandable and I got all the stuff I wanted. Cheers to the manager and the staff who took care and made me feel like I was important so now even more so I will continue to be a regular customer and of course their pizza is great! Good Job Guys at the pizza guys Berkeley CA store! p.s. I check marked $1-$10 only because of what I paid for the delivery...

Had the Family Special. As others have noted, the toppings are very skimpy. The mozzarella cheese amount was ok. The crust is a slight step above Domino's and the pizza was hot.

As with Seniore's Pizza in Berkeley, the delivery guy smoked. Though not as bad as Seniore's level of contamination, DON'T SMOKE AROUND CUSTOMER'S ORDERS!!!!

The cookie was greasy and salty, but if they reduce the salt, it would be ok. The cheese bread was ok.

As for the tip, input an amount, since they take it on the pre-discount cost, with tax and service/delivery fee. They gave him 20%, when I wanted 10%, due to the way they calculate it and HE SMOKED ON MY ORDER!!! Also, $5.00 for service/delivery fee is excessive.

Got my pizza well done and man oh man, better than jets with the quality of fresh ingredients. I can just tell it fresh and hot. They know what their doing in the kitchen I tell ya what!

I'm usually picky about quality of my meals. But this is a better option than being let down with a big rib or steak dinner elsewhere. Best pizza I had in a few years no lie.

Definitely give them a chance and really get the pizza how you want it done, you won't regret the...
