I stopped by the Starbucks inside the Target on University Ave in Berkeley and had one of the worst Starbucks experiences ever. It took 15 minutes just to get a simple green tea, the staff moved at a snail’s pace, and some were downright rude. To make matters worse, they served my hot tea with a paper lid, seriously? The line was most of the time long and customers kept coming, Kate was obviously tired, but she was still very courteous and nice and did not sigh at all.
