TP TEA – Berkeley — Restaurant in Berkeley

I have always liked the fresh milk tea at TP Tea. I will go to Berkeley, San Mateo or Pleasanton store. I got an TP Rea branded eco-friendly cup from the Pleasanton store when it first opened, so I often use it to buy drinks here. However, the quality of the cup is not that good, so I bought a new cup when I traveled to Taiwan recently. The Pleasanton store was willing to take it but not here. They said they only accepted TP tea cups... I was disappointed. I really hope that you are willing to change the rules in the store and be willing to allow customers use their cups (I know that not many people in the US care about sustainability, but there are also many boba in the Bay Area that allow customers to use...

I love TP Tea's C3 Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea with boba – it's my top choice every time! The Roasted Oolong Milk Tea strikes a perfect balance with a touch of bitterness and a creamy texture that I adore. Since I'm a big fan of tasting the tea in my milk tea, TP Tea delivers on that front, allowing the tea leaf's flavor to shine through.

I usually go for 30% sugar and less ice to tailor it to my taste, and TP Tea consistently gets it spot on.

I used to make the journey to the Cupertino location for this delightful treat.

Horrible customer service both of the two girls we spoke to about the horrible drink we received rolled there eye at us when we asked to switch the drink since it didn’t look or taste like the drink in the picture. The girl with boy cut blonde hair said she was the supervisor on shift and could not switch the drink that taste horrible. The other girl with long hair roller her eyes at the least they could have done was refunded me my money and take the drink back. The most disrespectful place I have gone to and received bad service. They wouldn’t even give me my money back after waiting for 20 mins. Will never order from this...
