Senor Burritos — Restaurant in Denver

I called in an order and from the start and was told it would be ready in 15 mins... it was more like 35 so I was late to my appointment and had to reschedule plus, they messed up our order! If you can't simply get what YOU ask the customer "If they want corn or flour tortillas" correct then that pretty much says it all! The food was terrible, ordered Juevos Rancheros and the Chile Rellano plate and we were highly disappointed! Was told that they sold green Chile by the pint but yet I get home and it's a 16oz! Was definitely not worth the amount that they charge. It had 2 small pieces of pork in the container and it was lousy! And while standing inside the establishment waiting for my order I had some kind of bug fall on me from their ceiling and I smacked it off of me but didn't know what kind of bug it was. The guy at the counter facing towards me saw this and didn't say a word!

This place used to be pretty good like 10yrs ago when I worked at Anthem, this was a popular place of other employees who would go out for lunch. They have REALLY gone down hill and I wouldn't recommend this place to...

I’ve eaten at Senior Burritos for over 25 years. It’s one of my go to Mexican restaurants. This is the new location they just relocated to and the good food hasn’t changed. The owners have always been friendly so the service is great.

It’s like comfort food to me. They start off by giving you chips and salsa. This is one of my favorite classic salsas around the Denver area.

The green chile has a perfect texture of not too thick, and not too runny. I usually get a beef burrito smothered with green chile. It comes with beans in the burrito by default which I don’t like. I’d ask without the beans and only make it beef.

It’s the green chile fries that’s my favorite. The fries are just right in thickness and come out nice and crispy similar to a McDonald’s fries. They are cooked just right, and so you get the French fry flavor with green chile, with each complimenting the other.

The have a habanero hot sauce with a deep flavor that I really enjoy. It gives a little kick.

Came here with a few friends after a snack nearby, as it was close and we were hungry.

We were seated by a nice waitress, who took pretty good care of us. She was prompt enough, and brought us waters right away.

I had a 3-taco combo plate. Ordered carnitas, Shredded Beef, and Chicharrones. I got shredded chicken instead of carnitas, but only realized it after a huge bite. I wanted to try the chicken anyway, but dang man, dang.

Beef was okay. Pretty bland in general. Chicken was okay as well: a bit spicy, but otherwise unflavored. Chicharrones were hot, crisp, and tasty. I like my fried pig skin that way, well done.

But for $10, it wasn't worth it. 3 small tacos, a small dollop of refried beans, some overcooked rice. It was decent, but nowhere in the top 10...or even 25 of tacos I've had.
