DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! If there was a 0 stars I would give them that! The manager Pamela is horrible! Today marks my 3rd bad experience with them and I am done. The first time I waited for 7 minutes before anyone came to the register to take my order. I know that I had came to use the WiFi so I tried to be polite and patronize. The second time I had a coupon for $2 off a sandwich, Pamela did not know how to use the coupon and had to have 2 other people assist her for it to work and they did it instantly just by scanning the coupon. Needless to say something that couldve took 5 mins took 15 mins. Then today was the icing on the cake. It took 10 mins before anyone came to the register to assist me or even said hello. People were literally doing everything else! I asked to be signed up for the rewards program. Pamela told me ok. I had a bogo coupon for a sandwich. Again she doesn't know how to use the coupon so she is running back and forth asking people what to do. The transaction just to pay for the sandwich winded up taking 20 minutes. Then, I did not get any of my points because she failed to tell in order to get the points, I have to sign up for the program on my phone. Again, I asked to be signed up for the program this way the time to instruct me how to do so! Shoutout to the gentleman for the extra sandwich because he could overhear what was going on and knew she messing up and shoutout to the young lady who was trying to assist her that she yelled at and told her you worry about that I got this, like how rude when you really did need help. She never attempted to fix the problem, so I asked for the number for corporate and that is wearing I am heading next with this complaint. No manager should be that incompetent unprofessional and not capable of doing their job I actually feel bad for the workers. My corporation loves to go there for breakfast and after hearing my experience with the Berkley location not once but 3x they have vowed to no longer patronize...
Read moreI recently visited Einstein Bagels, and it was by far the worst brealfast experience I’ve ever had. As someone who is severely allergic to tomatoes, I made it very clear when I ordered that my sandwich should have no tomatoes. However, when I bit into it, I was shocked to find slices of tomatoes right in the middle! This wasn’t just a mistake; it was a careless oversight that could have had serious consequences for my health.
To make matters worse, when I brought this to the manager’s attention, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the issue, the manager acted like it was my fault for not checking the sandwich myself. They showed zero concern for my allergy, didn’t listen to a word I said, and brushed me off as if my complaint didn’t matter. Insane how he handled it, never coming back.
The lack of professionalism, care, and basic respect for customer safety was appalling. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise anyone with dietary restrictions to stay far away from this place. Absolutely...

I placed a large order at Einstein Bagels, spending over $25. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The gentleman who took my order didn’t double-check it to ensure everything was included, and I ended up missing a sandwich. When I called back to request a refund, as driving back wasn’t worth the time and gas, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the manager on the phone.
As a customer, I expect a level of professionalism and respect, especially when bringing up a legitimate concern. It’s frustrating to deal with someone who seems to dislike their job maybe that’s his only option? Needless, it leaves a bad impression on the entire establishment. Terrible look, I hope they take steps to improve their customer service in the future, as this experience was far from acceptable. The man I’m referring to has a southern accent, with a very...
