Wow. This is a great corner bar! The food was excellent., the drinks well poured and reasonably priced.
I ordered a BLT on a wrap, a generous amount of bacon and it was good and crispy, but not overdone, tomatoes were nice and it came with yummy fries. I really enjoyed it.
My husband ordered the fish tacos. Loved them! He said the shells were better than a local taco place popular for their homemade shells. Fish was tasty too! The guac and pico were fresh, everything was delicious!
Lots of TV's, a jukebox you can play with an app, pool table, darts, Golden Tee, Galaga and a crane game, so they also have fun things to do while hanging out! Atmosphere is nice, since it's the holidays it's a lot decked out in tinsel and decorations, very festive.
I also want to mention the women's restroom. I commend them for always having feminine products available in the restroom (for free) as well as a selection of body sprays and scented lotions! Love that. And, it's always clean.
We definitely found our new...
Read moreLions game going on. So it was super loud. The bartender She was incredible/ then there were these two men on the right side of me. I was sitting up at the bar. Both Nick and Scott knew my Husband/because he was a politician. They said they talked to him and me. Unbelievable they had no clue that my husband Dr Michael Ryan had died 4 years ago. It was such a pleasure to talk to them. I thought the Barney Stone was very nice / to stay open for the game. They close at 10:00 p.m. and I think we were there till after 11:00 p.m.Their food is so tasty, very hot, the other restaurants I have gone to in Berkley. Gave me raw and cold food, The other restaurant I won't name/gave me burnt onion rings. Both places wouldn't give me my money back. If you want a good meal you better go running to Barney Stone pub is the place to go.Thank you so much.Ilene Jabboori...

Didn't try the food though it looked pretty average but I doubt people are going there for the food. They could have made the karaoke carry through the place a little more so it felt more lively and less like background music. Just my humble opinion. The parking lot is a little uncomfortable to get into but parking on side streets was nice. Would maybe go back during a less...
