When we entered into the restaurant the staff greeted us and said they would be with us in a few minutes. There was several employees working in the front of the house. We were the only people in line. One employee was making food, one was sweeping the floor, one was restocking two bottles, and the other was restocking the ingredients. We waited 5 minutes for someone to help us. Once we got our order in we went down to the register and grabbed our drinks. The person ringing us up didn’t greet us or acknowledge us. We had to tell her what we ordered and yawned in our faces. She didn’t cover her mouth or apologize. She typed on the computer screen and then stated our total. When we finished paying we sat down. The tables were all dirty and the floor was a mess. With 5 employees, you would think that they would have a clean floor and quick service as they were not busy. When our pizza was ready, it was delivered burned. This was a very...
Read moreFALSE ADVERTISING- staff was not very nice, asked my mom what kind of cheese she wanted and just gave me the same- didn’t ask. There was no fresh basil, not that many topping options. All the meat looked like it came out of a bag and tasted dry & oily when cooked. They were very rough with the cooking process and when it was time to pay 2 pizzas/ drinks were 28.37!!!!!!!! Ugh and don’t even get me started on the drink machine- one wasn’t working properly and me and my mom had to try 4 drinks until we could find one that didn’t taste watered down/ not fizzy. Not many options either. When we were finished eating our messy, unorganized, unevenly distributes pizza, (not to mention the sauce was 1000% out of a jar) we went to the bathroom and I noticed they advertise margarita pizza often but I didn’t see ANY mozzarella slices! Overall a bad experience and wayyy too expensive for...
Read moreMy fiancé and I were headed for a shopping trip and always saw Rise Pies nestled on the corner of the Tanger outlet. We decided to give it a try. It’s a build your own pizza style and they also offers salads. We decided to go with a basic pepperoni and banana pepper with garlic bread. The two associates were so nice- I do wish I grabbed their names because they were very welcoming and nice. The inside was clean. It was raining that day but they did have a patio section, which I would’ve loved to sit at. My two stars comes from me not enjoying the food. It tasted like something from a cheap frozen box pizza. Even though we literally see them fire it infront of us- to me the sauce and crust were just flavorless. We still finished our shared pizza pie but I probably won’t go back. Again- associates were super nice and it’s in a cute little corner location. Perhaps the...
