I just went to this starbucks and while I was watching the blond lady making the drink, I realized that I forgot to ask them for a light ice. So I kindly said "excuse me" and the blonde girl turned her head and briefly acknowledged me when a "yeah" and I tried to convey my mistake and she completely brushed me off.( I was trying to tell her before the drink was finished so that I wouldn't cause more work for her) A few seconds later she hands me the drink and I'm able to get her actual attention. She acts frustrated and blames me not asking early- but ends up offering to remake it for me, but very begrudgingly offered. The lady that took my order "Ana" realized what was going on and intervened to help with a solution. (Which ended up just taking out some of the ice and adding some water) I noticed while "Ana" helped me that the other lady was grumpy and was rolling her eyes. Really rude behavior and experience coming from Starbucks. Very disappointing. However, I'm thankful for "Ana" for stepping in...
Read moreOkay, I want to start off by saying that I've never had any issues with my drinks before. But this occasion is note-worthy and I feel that it should be addressed by management.
My order was wrong. Twice. It took almost 20 minutes to get the first one made. When I asked the baristas to fix it, the tall dirty blonde young adult had an attitude about it. Look, I get it. It's labor day weekend. But I work in the mall too and I just want my coffee so I don't end up in jail by the end of the day. I asked for no cold foam and I got cold foam. The second time I got the just sweet cream and milk like I asked for, but there was no pumpkin syrup. I was on break from work and about to be late, so I just took the drink and left. It's still not what I wanted and I don't even really want to drink it...
The Order: Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew No Vanilla Syrup Sweet Cream & 2% to Top (Obvi with pumpkin flavor though)

Read moreVery dissapointed with the service here. It was late in the day, around 5:30 Sunday 6/22 and I went in to buy a bottle of water (already had a refresher when we were shopping at Easton). They were out of bottled water. Then I asked if I could have a grande ice water. The barrista said I had to buy something to get an ice water. I tried to reason and said I would gladly buy a bottle of water but you don't have any. Barista said I know we sold out. Then I asked since you don't have any for sale can I have an ice water. Barista said no, it's against corporate policy. I asked for an exception since they had none for sale and again it was just no its against corporate policy. All the responses from the Barista was with a sassy attitude. Didn't appreciate the attitude and I feel like the amount of money we spend at starbucks a simple cup of ice water should have been an easy ask especially when they were sold...
