Burger King — Restaurant in Berkshire Township

At 315 pm (roughly) we went through the drive through. Our order was an original chicken meal medium and an order of nuggets. We were the only car in the drive thru. Upon getting to the window we paid for our order ( was given no receipt) after 5+ minutes we were told that two people had clocked out and they couldn't give us the nuggets but could give us 16 jalapeno bites instead. I said that my daughter wouldn't eat that could we get a chicken sandwich. They gave us a sandwich. I drove away thinking we were fine, she opened the sandwich and it was completely burned and not edible. I gave her half of mine. When we ate the fries they had so much salt on them they were also not edible. After a 9.00+ order we basically had to toss most of it because it was so bad. I am very disappointed in this location and will definitely not...

I normally share photos with my reviews but I would have been seen taking a lot of them. How should I start. I will say that the woman that served me was a very kind person. Friendly. I don’t know who was the manager however. I went to fill my cup with pop and the entire area was horribly dirty. Orange pop was all over the machine. Looked like it was there awhile. The lids needed stocked and the area disinfected. Dirt was in the container areas by the straws. I can’t imagine what else I would have seen as I just wanted to get out of there. This is not something I want to see at a restaurant. I was so hungry or I would not have ate my food because of this. My food did seem alright thankfully. Food was served promptly. Drove up to Burger King with a large camper cannot go through drive-through. Walked up to the door. All doors are locked. We Walked through the drive-through took forever for someone to answer the drive-through speaker. Girl took our order we walked up to the window. I asked why the doors were locked. She says cause there’s only two workers showed up today so we waited for our food asked for ketchup so they didn’t have any ketchup packets so she had to go in the back and give me a cup of ketchup. This Burger King cannot be run by two people very slow in efficient. Don’t care how long it takes for the customers get through drive-through and get their food. The owner of this place should show up and work if the workers don’t, review after review shows management really doesn’t care. I hope this place closes from lack...
