Subway — Restaurant in Berkshire Township

Came in on 3/6 a few minutes before 6 pm (although I didn’t know the exact time at that time). The woman behind the subway counter was fixing a sandwich for a customer so I took the opportunity go to the restroom and wash my hands as I just finished fuelling. When I came out she had stuck a sign on the case that said “sorry we are closed”. When I asked her about the “closed” sign she explained that they close at six and it was quarter after. I said you were just serving a customer, I came in literally three minutes ago. She was standing at the counter with a full case of food and not one thing had even started to be put away yet because she had just finished serving a customer. “Sorry” she said. Apparently she could not fix one more sandwich. When I got back to my truck I looked at my phone and saw that it was just then three after six. So when she was telling me it was quarter after, it was not. So now they’re lying to customers so they don’t have to serve them. Not to mention the website says open til midnight. With employees like that you should just go ahead and shut it down and give the space to another restaurant that WANTS the business. Well done...

I wish that I could give zero. I love Subway and always have a great experience, but this time the olives were spread over the cucumbers, tomatoes, and god knows what else. The girl servicing me was holed up in the back, and the pilot girl had to run and get her after I’d been waiting at the counter for a while. She was rude and snappy, and I had to almost fight her to get her to go to the back and replenish the missing food items, and she refused to put tuna on my salad so I had to go with turkey. And they don’t have any of subways usual drinks. She was unbelievably unmotivated, I hope that Subway rethinks hiring her, because their service is never like this. I hope...

Would leave 0 stars if I could. The white bread was hard as a rock for my 4 year old. I didn’t realize until we pulled out so we had to turn around to go back in. I wanted soup and the kid working told me nobody made it today so I just got a side of meatballs, after pulling out the second time I started eating the meatballs and they are cold. Not going back in. There were 3 people working and it was 4:30pm. They had no line so for things to have gone that terrible is beyond me. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different restaurant...
