My boyfriend and I went here on 6/27 and it was super disappointing. We had already heard a negative review from a family member who had tried to get a coffee and he was told that they donāt do coffee even though it is on their website. He then asked for a double shot of espresso and then he had to explain what espresso was. However, we were willing to try it out. We get there an hour before close and there is one party behind us. We had to step out of line just to look at the menu because it was on a smaller screen in the back of the restaurant. This screen was in a revolving slideshow of random photos, the ice cream menu, and the coffee menu that moved so fast, we just ended up looking up the menu on the website. We went up the front and asked for a brownie sundae (on their menu) and the girl asked the woman on the front on how they could create a brownie sundae. They rang each item up as separate parts and it was .40 cents for whipped cream. They handed us the sundae and there was no whipped cream, the hot fudge was cold, and there were about 12 small brownie pieces on one side of the sundae (it came out to 7.27). The soft serve vanilla was icy and didnāt taste like anything. We walked outside to talk about it, and in that time, all three staff members went to the back to talk and we gave up and threw the sundae out after trying it. However, the service could use some improvement. We placed an online order for two ice creams. When my boyfriend went to pick them up, he called to let me know that the sugar-free coffee flavor wasnāt available. No problem ā we quickly decided on plain chocolate instead, which I heard him confirm with the staff member at the counter.
Unfortunately, he came home with mint chocolate chip. Mistakes happen, but when he pointed out the mix-up, the employee insisted thatās what he had asked for and began arguing with him. She also told him to āhurry upā while he was on the phone with me trying to choose a replacement flavor due to the inaccurate online menu. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that the customer behind him decided to leave.
I understand itās a tough and fast-paced job, and mistakes happen ā but arguing with customers and rushing them when the delay is caused by the storeās own system doesnāt leave a great impression.
Overall: Iād try this place again, but with some caution. I really do wish the best for this new business and hope the service experience...

Just for it to taste like fake maple. The employees donāt seem to be trained very well, weāve had to explain them in detail what we are trying to get. Then when she was pouring the soft serve, it was just melting and she didnāt know what to do. If you wanna wait for almost an hour to get an icecream than this is perfect. Needs alot of work. Needs more employees, thereās always only like 2 people and itās packed. And the portion size is always different, Iāve gotten a good amount, but my gf got like 1 scoop. And we both ordered a medium. All three medium soft serves were different amounts. Itās just not worth it rn, and 19 dollars for three soft serves is a little crazy. Iāll def try it again in a year or two, see if itās gotten...
