Gold House Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Berlin

I can't even review the food because no ones answering the phone. We've been trying to get a hold of someone to place and order on Saturday since 5. It's 5:41 and still no one's picking up. The menu I have says the hours and Google also says the hours. Why aren't they taking orders?

Update: Stopped by there again Tuesday afternoon and it was closed. There was no note for why. This place just isn't happening. I'm disappointed because I hear it's good, but if it's not open with in the hours it's a lot of headache for me to bother with it. I don't usually bother to leave negative reviews. It's usually 3 strike system. But it hasn't been open and I'm not the only one who's complained about it. Unfortunately because of my disability I can't call to find out ahead of time if they are open so going down there for nothing is a hassle. Update the hours again if it's not working for you guys. But be consistent please. Also, I'm not as heartless as to understand there's emergencies. But even when I was about to go in for emergency surgery suddenly out of the blue my husband at least let my boss know I couldn't make it. With social media and communication at our finger tips there's no reason not to leave a message or a note. Idk.. it's not my business. But your loosing it by not communicating with customers your hours...

I would give them zero stars if this allowed. For starters they have semi fancy sit down restaurant prices with food that doesn't even come close to reflecting that. I ordered 2 chicken finger platters n 10 chicken fingers on the side. it ended up being like 30 chicken fingers total.. order came to almost 100 bucks for not all that much food not what I thought should be 100 bucks worth anyway but ok I figured quality would at least match price but i tell you these things let's just say I could get better by buying bargain brand chicken fingers at the local grocery store n cooking them in the microwave. on top of that I asked for BBQ sweet & sour n buffalo sauce for all that chicken. I literally got 1 small BBQ 1 TINY buffalo n 2 small sweet n sour for that much chicken like seriously? 1 container was good for like 2 chicken fingers MAYBE. since they remodeled the place went in the toilet. The prices use to at least be on par with quality. I'll never eat there again. Multiple people warned me but I wanted to see for myself n have never regretted not listening that much in my entire like. You can't rely on their advertised hours. They open when they feel like it. used to love this place. But, if a business is going to take time off, they better accurately post it on their building, website, google maps, and on your facebook page. It's long past when Gold House said they would reopened. Their food is so good but i'm not down for this. ‐----------------**stars currently

What can I say about Gold House Pizza 🍕 restaurant? So very much! I've been a loyal customer for 30 years now. I've been with them through 2 different owners. They've managed to keep the same flavor and atmosphere.

My favorite has always been the buffalo chicken wrap with everything on it. It doesn't get any better than that for me. We also get a large half and half. Half cheese and half barbecue chicken pizza.

The staff is very friendly and they've remodeled the restaurant. The bathroom is clean, and the carpet is gone. 😁
