Dunkin' — Restaurant in Berlin

I wish I could give a half a star. This Dunkin has no inventory at any given time. Sometimes they have zero bagels sometimes it’s no donuts AT A DONUT PLACE. The people who work there ( always the same 3 people) are all half asleep or could care less about their job and they all make the coffee the exact OPPOSITE of how it is requested. When they do actually have the food you want, it tastes terrible due to lack of quality control. The food is either burnt or soggy, the coffee is always be extreme, way too sweet and way too cold or super hot and burnt and bitter. The inconsistency of this branch is ridiculous. I’ve wasted enough money on their bad coffee and inedible food. Who would have thought putting pre made food in an oven was so difficult? I don’t know who owns this franchise specifically but they need to stop by every once in a while to see how their money is going to WASTE on employees who don’t care or food that they don’t have. i went through the drive thru and ordered two large iced caramel coffees, a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin, 2 hashbrowns, and a plain bagel with cream cheese. My fiancé and i paid and for our coffees and were told to pull forward for our food. We waited about 7 minutes and when the girl came out she asked if we had 3 sandwiches and we said no we had 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns. she proceeds to dig through the bag and touch the food with her hands as she’s talking to someone on her headset. She then says “they’re telling me this is your food so” my fiancé opens up the wrapper of a sandwich to see an everything bagel, my fiancé has crohn’s disease and can’t digest seeds so why would he order that… we once AGAIN tried explaining we didn’t order this and we were still missing our hashbrowns. ANOTHER worker came out and remembered our order and brought out the correct items. i asked for a corporate number and they told me they don’t have one. they weren’t even willing to take any accountability for their mistake either which really is what made me annoyed. not even a sorry. don’t...

I have been going to Dunkin less and less now of days because the quality has been very poor ( low bean count coffee or terrible tasting - missing or wrong items etc. ) and the the price is so high that if I’m going to spend $4-$5 on a coffee I’m going to go to Starbucks and know that I’m going to love my coffee EVERY TIME. But today really takes the cake... I decided to go to this Dunkin and just grab and Egg & Cheese on a bagel. When I pulled the sandwich out of the bag, it was cold.. like really cold. I looked at the sandwich and they literally gave me a cold egg with a cold piece of cheese on an un-toasted bagel. This was my final straw and I will not even try to go to Dunkin anymore. It’s not worth the gamble anymore and who knows what kind of bacteria or food born illness is growing on their food if the employees don’t even care to toast a sandwich, they probably don’t care about proper food handling...
