The only way this business could get better is if they started offering every service I’d ever need for my vehicles. Mechanic work, tires, detailing, maintenance… everything. I would take my vehicles to them for everything if I could because they did a LOT to my truck, and they took the time to do everything right. My truck is 21 years old with 375,000 miles on it. I needed someone that would take care of it the way I do. They took my truck apart wherever they had work to do, rather than trying to work and patch around things. That scared me at first to see my truck laid bare. But, then they put it back together better than it was when they started. They fixed and replaced little clips and items that were missing from work done by other vendors. Things that I didn’t ask for or realize were wrong were brought to my attention and addressed without me asking. I got a COMPLETE two-toned wrap, fiberglass hood, lighted side mirrors, airhorn, hide-away inverter with flush mounted plugs, interior and exterior LED lighting (fog, grill, hood vents, mirrors, step rails, dome, etc.), light control switch-box, and all the shotty wiring done by other companies, rewired under my hood to a nice neat multi fuse box. I had my Expedition wrapped a year ago by an employee who is no longer with The Print Parlor. When I noticed the wrap starting to bubble and peel, I brought it back to see what could be done. Danko went above and beyond to make things right. He explained the situation with the former employee, stood behind his word, and removed the old wrap, re-wrapping the vehicle at no additional cost.

This time, we also added a ceramic coating to the entire vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Danko's work is absolutely incredible—his attention to detail and customer-first approach made the entire experience stress-free. When you call you speak with the owners who are responsive , creative and flexible. They did a great job on my Sprinter van that I am using for my breast cancer non-profit.
