We loved the Millyard and have made the trip to Berlin for dinner and lunch many times. Our last visit was really not amazing. We order drinks and appetizers. We were told that it had sold out at 4PM that day. Ok so we did pick crab dip and we were very happy with the taste and presentation we would highly recommend it. The mixed drinks were well poured and great. The beer I ordered was flat. We ordered our dinner and were again told that the mashed potatoes we ordered had also been sold out. It’s.a Tuesday evening at 6-6:30. I get being sold out on a busy weekend but a Tuesday night. On the menu it was it was an up charge of $1 for seven seasonings for steaks. We all got a very big chuckle out of that. Do you really think I can have a seasoned steak without an up charge? We all ordered some kind of steak meal. We all had loaded baked potatoes as one side that were wonderful. One person in the party ordered surf and turf and the steak and sides came out and about 5 or 6 minutes later the scallops came out. One would think that it would have been plated together and brought out all together. I personally ordered a medium rare steak and it was cooked perfectly. The plating for all the meals had lots of area for improvement. The steaks were not seasoned at all again room for improvement on flavor. Read moreTonight April 11th, 2019 my boyfriend and ordered a single order of Nachos,the woman who answered the phone was seemingly polite yet her fake hospitality voice declined rather quickly no big deal maybe it’s a hard night? So my boyfriend goes to pick up our order and is gone for 20-30 minutes (he had waited 20 minutes before leaving to make sure it’d be ready when he got there). At this point he is waiting with ONE OTHER CUSTOMER for our to go order,has already paid and this woman walks past him for 30 minutes (total 50 minutes FOR AN ORDER OF NACHOS) he politely asks her if the order visble to him sitting in the window is his/ours and she responds with “don’t worry I didn’t forget about you” and continues to neglect him and the other to go customer;finally a glimpse of hope he sees a chef whom he knew outside of work and ask if he can check and see if the order is his,the chef walks over opens the bag and hands him out order. So after a total of 50 minutes waiting for a single order of nacho and this woman apparently is so negligent to customers she couldn’t be bothered to open a bag to even simply check to see if it’s our order. My boyfriend gets home and the nachos are cold...ICE COLD. I am sad to say I didn’t get the older woman’s name whom gave us this terrible experience,we live within a block of Sinabladi’s and love eating there,great food typically great service...very disappointing that this woman lacks effort and luster...
Read moreSo, my bf and I have ordered at least 8 times from Sinibaldi's Restaurant & The Millyard Lounge in the last 60 days, and absolutely none of our orders were ever complete. Always something, or multiple things missing. Tonight, we order 2 clam platters. One with green beans and baked, the other with coleslaw and mashed with gravy. So he gets there, the woman tells him to check my order to make sure everything is there Everything is not there, once again. No coleslaw, green beans, or rolls. So after that they also rang us up for a $30 gift certificate we didn't order as well, which they fixed. They take so long getting the missing items that the food is cold when he gets it home. I ordered baked potato, now has MASHED AND GRAVY all over my clams. I am not going to eat cold clams with gravy, so he calls and complains. Long story short, they said they would comp us my clam platter, but alas, there is no record of it when we call my credit card.
