This is repeatedly the worst experience of any Chipotle I’ve visited. Today we ordered food for seven people via the app. We received the notification that the order was ready, yet upon arrival at the pickup window we were told that, ‘the computer is down’ and our order wasn’t ready. We knew something was wrong after waiting in the pickup line for 15 minutes. It was clear that the people in front of me were not getting their orders right away. At the window, we watched as the service person made another order before starting ours. Since our order was for seven people, it took another 10 or so minutes to make. We took our order finally and drove home.
At home we each grabbed our individually ordered meals and sat down to eat. Immediately, everyone began to notice how wrong things had gone. None of the orders included the beans, very little meat was included in any order, and the salsas were either missing altogether or missing specific types. One burrito was just rice, corn, a little cheese and sour cream, missing the veggies, beans, and chicken. My bowl (order pictured) was the same: white rice (I ordered brown), corn, a little cheese, a dab of hot salsa, four bites of carnitas meat, and about 1/4 cup of sour cream.
This is the third bad experience we’ve had with this particular location and we won’t be returning. When we reported through the app that there were issues with all seven of our meals, it offered 5 free drinks and 1 free entree for a limited time. We are all frustrated and hungry, since most of what we received was rice and the meat and beans we ordered were nowhere to be found.
If anyone from the company reads this our order...
Read moreGoogle really should consider a no star rating. There are places that bad. How long until someone takes this location and actually starts producing consistent service and food? I don't think I've ever received what I've ordered from here before. I'm pretty sure there are employees there that can't read. I literally asked for lettuce, salsa, and extra cheese. I received no lettuce, no cheese, and a thimble (if that) of salsa. But this seems to be the standard at this location. And who wants to eat their burrito in stages? Meat at one end and the ingredients change as you eat down to the other end. Is there anyone with any pride working there? If not, please get out of food service and find a job you are better suited for. Evidently the owner/manager doesn't care, or they would've taken this location by the nape of its neck and straightened it out by now. You evidently have employees that are just there to collect a paycheck. And don't appreciate my feedback and ask me to contact you via another link, like has been done with the many others with the same complaints. I just contacted you with this review. YOU are ultimately responsible for this failure. Fix it and DO BETTER! I do apologize to any employees that may see this and actually care about the product they put out. Evidently you weren't there tonight, or didn't...
Read moreI placed my order through the app today at 5:14pm for pick up at 5:40pm through the Chipotlane. I arrived a little early so I parked and waited for the app to tell me my order was ready before getting inline, which it did at exactly 5:40pm. I didn’t receive my order until 6:00pm. I had to get out of line, park, and go in to the building to receive my order. I was waiting with the same 6 cars in line for 20 minutes without movement. Once inside I had my order in hand within a minute. I’m leaving this feedback so the team will become more efficient. If a car is at the window and they are holding up the line ask them to pull around again or park and come inside. Give them free chips or a drink. You don’t hold up an unknown amount of cars for 20min when their orders are made and ready for pick up. People use the Chipotlane option for a reason. Mine, I had to pick up my mother in law and child from the hospital across the street. Another bit that got under my skin. I was told when my order was handed to me that they were understaffed. I’m tired of hearing that Covid holdover excuse. Especially when I see 20+ orders sitting on the shelf ready for pick up. If my food wasn’t ready I would understand but not having the orders prepared was not the cause of the delay. That’s a lazy excuse for not knowing how to...
