Starbucks — Restaurant in Berne Township

I am lactose intolerant, and while I can tolerate the bit of foamed milk in a cappucino, I can't drink as much milk as is in a lattte. Oftentimes, I order a cappucino and from the weight of the drink I can immediately tell it's closer to a latte. So at another Starbucks location, I asked how to modify my orders to avoid this and was told to order my cappucinos "extra dry," which would ensure they contain only foamed milk (i.e., no straight-up milk). I have done this ever since with great success. I did the same at this location, yet the drink felt as heavy as a brick (far heavier than even a latte, let alone a cappucino). I couldn't discern a hint of coffee flavor; it truly tasted like a venti warmed milk. Just a reminder, Starbucks, that when a customer has a special request, it's not always because they're being high maintenance; there may be a medical reason behind it. Worst Starbucks experience ever!!! I usually don’t make reviews, but it was too bad not to leave a rating. To start they didn’t have any cup sizes besides xs and medium. Second the lady running the shop had not pulled up her hair or washed her apron in what looked like a year, and also was handling the food with no gloves. Very unsanitary compared to any Starbucks I’ve ever seen. We ordered a coffee cake that was served in the plastic wrapper with the date on it and later we asked for it to be heated, and it came back out just in a bag. Not heated like we asked. To add on to this mess we ordered only two drinks and were charged for three. Not only this but we were not given what we ordered and did not receive the additives we payed for. Very disappointed. So usually the drinks taste good and the service is OK from most employees.... BUT my 2 daughters and I was helped by EMILY today! She is very knowledgeable and answered a couple questions I had. Both my daughters said it was THE BEST caramel ribbon crunch and I know for a fact mine was the best tasting keto drink I've had!
