Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Berry Hill

if i could give this place zero stars i would have for sure cause today me and my friends had the worst time ever, to start when i got there the waitress named Kayla C told me i was not allow to sit at the table i booked for me and my friends till they got there which i know is not true cause i had been seated before many times and this was never a problem. me and my friends got seated didnt really think anything was wrong got our app in and drinks nothing wrong for a while then we put in our food/drink orders in. after this it just went to shit cause we order drinks 3/3/1 3 was one drink 3 was another drink and 1 person order something else but really easy order toke over 30 and they only brought one person their drink had to wait another 15 mins to get the rest expect the one person who order a different drink had to wait 30 mins to get what he drink. then the soft drink i order a diet pepsi got it right the first time but then the second drink i got a dr pepper which i dont like dr pepper but will come back to this in a bit, then came the food which toke forever to get it. which would not had been so bad if the sevice was not also just terrible we had no silverware had to ask for 4 plus times to get silverware which 3 of us were eating steak what you think we going to eat it with our barehands? speaking of why didnt i try to ask/tell the server that i had a dr pepper instead of a diet pepsi well it was because they mess up a lot of my friends orders. one of them order premium mac and cheese which has bacon bits and is good mac and cheese but what he got was the saddest excuse of kid's mac and cheese which is not what he got at first he got mash potatoes and broccoli which he didnt want the broccoli, another person at the table order there to be cheese on the broccoli and they didnt do that and last person at our table order grill chicken tenders didnt come out till almost everyone else was eating their foods cause we was hungry and they brought him breaded tenders when he asked for grilled and he just said forget it i will eat this im not waiting. then back to the steaks we order 2 of us got medium well to well done steaks when we asked for medium rare. trying to get a server's attention was never going to happen at all cause most of them was standing over by the computer that was next to the bathrooms and then comes the bill we needed to split the bill between the 7 of us and at first she was like oh you can pick the items for each bill and pay that way which would have been great but it didnt allow that the only options were split 2/3 or amount no picking items so we had to go and figure our own prices for each person bill and not to mention at one point cause we was waiting on our friend's chicken tenders one person in our party asked for a update cause we had a movie to catch and didnt think time was going to be a issue but at this point it was and she was like we are trying but we cant really do anything else just being kinda rude about it. and 2 more things 1 one of my friend's said he seen a server come out of the men's room without washing his hands which ewww come on and 2 someone else was given a copy of our receipts which why did you give them our stuff. and apperently we was not the only people who had this shit happen to then so rest be sure we will never be coming back ever again and i will tell people there are better places...

My son took me there for my birthday because I wanted a steak and I know their appetizers are good, well they used to be anyway. First, I thought we were going to have a problem, because when we got there, it was crowded, and everybody has to maintain social distancing. And they asked my son to put on a 😷 mask. My son doesn't believe the virus is real, and refused to wear a mask. So he just tells people that he has a medical condition that prevents him from wearing one. His only medical condition is mental which is why you can't change his mind once he had made it up. But they hesitated, but didn't give us any problem. I did not want an embarrassing scene, but he is bullheaded sometimes so, I was thankful they didn't press the issue. Next, our waiter was a young man. He was on point. He was friendly, patient, and attentive. So the people were just beyond great. It was really the food that disappointed me. It wasn't got, except for the article dip was still boiling in the little ramakins. But as for everything else, it was barely warm. Then the cops that came with the too hot artichoke dip were kind of stale. Like they was just left out during the lunch hours, but not totally like yesterday. I ordered the 8oz steak with loaded mac n cheese, and bourbon chicken with loaded mash potatoes. The steak was cooked more than medium rare like I ordered it. I like mine a lil pink, there was no pink, but it was luke warm, like room temp. The Mac n cheese tasted very bland. The virgin chicken was great, water I took it home and heated it up. But the mashed potatoes was so runny, that it leaked out of the closed container all over everything else. What's up Applebee's? Your food used to be so good. It's been years since I had been there. It was my mother's favorite place to go. I haven't been there since 2012 when she died. I was not impressed with the taste, not quality of what we ordered. Or total was more than $80 dollars for three entrees, three appetizers, and some chips and queso. We took two appetizers to my other son and we don't live far, but he had to completely reheat his to go order as well. His two appetizers was$15.99. included with the $80 bill. That's a whole lotta food for something I feel would have been better at home. We were very disappointed. But I would like to reiterate, the staff were had to come in contact with were great. I don't know if the kitchen staff was off, or if they were just too fast for the waiter and or food got cold waiting for him, but there is no excuse suitable for stale chips, and bland food, and really runny loaded mash potatoes on...

This is the worse Service/Expeirence i've ever had! We had a party of 7. First it took us forever to get our drinks we ordered,One of us ordered a Diet Pepsi & got Dr.Pepper instead & so much was going wrong he didn't even botjer to complain about it, then when we started getting food we had to ask for silverwear 3 different times to 3 different people & the 2nd one flat out ignored us wouldn't even come to the table until finally someone did. 2 of us had the wrong sides one being mine. I asked for the cheddar broccoli which is a premiun side & my Boyfriend wanted the mac n cheese which is also a premiun side with bacon. I got plain broccoli & he got mashed potatoes & fries!? Like what!? So after we finally get to tell our waitress about our sides being wrong she's gone forever & then all the sudden we get handed what is pictured, Looks like basic Kraft mac n cheese! and all they did for my broccoli was melt some shredded cheese on it! One of our friends ordered a Chicken tender plate which was one of the easiest orders and he didn't get his until we were almost finished eating & when it came it was breaded chicken & he asked for grilled! Okay then there was the check situation, We couldn't split up our orders on the Kiosk so we asked if we could just all get our printed checks, Well our waitress comes back & says she can't split them up right now without her managers badge & she was busy! so we said ring up our friends Chicken Tenders separate & we will try to split the amount up best we can on the kiosk. so we split up all our stuff by dollar amount & we still had $29 left over!? Which made NO sense. also, They charged my BF $2 for that pathetic plate of mac n cheese! One of our friends used the restroom before leaving & saw an employee walk out without washing their hands! and to top the whole expeirence off, When we went outside there were 2 women out there who also had a problem & they were sitting on the opposite side of the resturant,But it gets weirder. They had all of our tickets in their hands & said their waitress tried to say all of that was their order! They complained & said we aren't paying for what we didn't order & they said if their card got charged over the amount they ordered they were coming back tomorrow to tell the manager! we were all baffled by this! I will NEVER go back here. They need to...
